I have had T-Mobile internet for almost a year, and while I have no complaints about the service, I’ve been trying to have the location changed. Whenever I do a Google search, it shows my location in a city 4 hours away and it’s totally frustrating. I’ve been to the T-Mobile store and told they cannot do anything about this, but it is getting to the point where I am considering changing servers. Does anyone have any suggestions so that when I do a search or need something locally, the Gateway doesn’t automatically send me to an area far away. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can offe.
Phone is starting to bubble and crack where the fold is. Has anyone else had this issue...what was the outcome?
I've had 5g gateway for about 3 months now. Worked great till last week. Now only works from midnight to 7 am (100+ Mbps, .5 Mbps all other times). I've spent hours with tech support, replaced the gateway, no joy. The tech support response is that they are working on the tower's, no completion target just someday. Any ideas?
I see other users posting pictures of the admin console for the Arcadyan internet gateway. But it doesn’t show up on mine. All I get is the home “status” page; no option to log in to admin console, no option to modify wifi settings, etc (see screenshot). I’ve tried doing a factory reset and went through the setup process a second time - still no change. What is going on here? Why can’t I get an admin console for this device?
I have been a new T Mobile 5G internet customer for the last two months. I have the KVD21 modem/gateway. For the first six weeks, I couldn’t have been happier. With a signal level of three bars (best signal location for my house) I consistently had download speeds in the neighborhood of 100 mps, with a ping response of 70ms and good s/n ratios and jitter. However, two weeks ago my modem/gateway appeared to have died, suffering from repeated line drops to the gateway and download speeds of 1mps (or less). Power cycling and gateway resets at first seemed to provide recovery only to start loosing connection to the internet, and sometimes not even keeping a 5G connection to the tower (modem/gateway would show zero bars and no LTE or 5G connection). This would happen only a few minutes after a power cycle and/or reset. Customer support quickly sent me a new KVD21. After swapping SIM cards with my old unit, the new gateway would not set-up correctly, changing only the Wi-Fi and administrator
My husband and I have been Sprint customers for years. We had fairly decent cellular service in our home, maybe losing service twice in 4 years due to major storms messing with the towers. However, for some unknown reason that makes no sense to me (I’d assume service would improve), we now often entirely lose cell service completely at our home and within a 1 mile radius ever since we were instructed to change our SIM cards upon the T-Mobile/Sprint merger. Not only is this frustrating, but my business and sanity are suffering. I did not choose to work with T-Mobile. We had a contract with Sprint. Sometimes service is fine, but then for sometimes several weeks at a time, service is completely gone. We have tried recalibrating our phones, etc. My husband uses a Samsung Note and I have an iPhone 12 as well as a business cell that is also iPhone. All 3 phones stop working for calls and texts for weeks at a time. It is so unreliable and I am ready to find another option at this po
Please let me know if you are fixing the blocked text message problem. According to the post below, others are having this same problem. I have a ticket open and have been without outgoing texts for 9 days.
My wife has the Legacy Prepaid Plan of $.10 per minute and since T-Mobile was moving from 3G to 4G in July of ‘22, she purchased a Nokia 225 flip phone that has 4G. Things worked fine for a few months, but now she can not make calls from her place of employment to our home-based Verizon landline (and which covers a distance of less than 2 miles). When she tries to make such a call, her phone indicates a strong signal and is dialing but the call never goes through. The phone works fine when she is not in her work area. I’ve contacted T-Mobile support numerous times and they’ve taken down the information and indicated they would pass it on to tech support but the issues persists. Anyone have any recommendations on how to resolve this issue?
Hello,Can someone please tell me if the McAafee Mobile Security for T-Mobile is a free service provided WITHOUT having a paid subscription to McAfee, on Samsung S21s having an active Sprint/T-Mobile cellphone account?
I see on my account that I got my gift card, but I cannot figure out how to find it.
