12 months ago, I purchased the iPhone 14 (base model) on a 24-month payment plan, and got on the promotional rebate that reduced my monthly payments to around $8. (P135 2022 Apple Trade P32)I am currently on the Magenta MAX plan.I'm looking to purchase the iPhone 15 Pro Max (without trade-in to avoid paying the rest of the balance and losing out on the monthly discount). If I made the purchase outright on the line with the existing device, would the equipment payment plan and monthly rebate remain in place, or would I need to pay the remaining balance on the iPhone 14?
Things I would like in a phone:1TB storage (lots of videos) Headphone jack FM radio Good DIY repairability. What the Nokia G310 5G has:SD card slot with support up to 1TB (plus 128GB onboard storage) Headphone jack FM radio (I hope that’s the USA too. It appears it could be!) Is marketed by Nokia as easy to repair. iFix it says that battery, display and charge port replacement are all in the “moderate” difficulty level. It does only have USB 2.0 and 20W charging over USB type C. But those are the same specs as the iPhone 15. I’m not looking for a gaming phone. About the only, possibly processor intensive thing I would want to do is run an SDR on it. I would be trading in my Google Pixel 4a, that I don’t really like because of the limited storage and lack of FM radio.
What are the steps needed to transfer my account to my sister?I own my T-Mobile account. My line has no EIP or I have my phone paid off. My sister and husband are under my account with EIP balances. My goal is to transfer ownership of the account to my sister and to have my line removed. I do not wish to keep the number.
How do you set up a T-Mobil voice mail? Following the instruction on the phone do not work. I don’t know old pin number. Any way to by-pass it?
This is my 6th month on t-mobile 5G Internet. It used to be good for the first 4 or 5 months, but recently the service became unstable, connection on and off, download/upload speed sometimes are very slow, upload speed is sometimes < 1mpbs. Restart the modem sometimes helps. The modem stays where it was when service is good. When I encountered the issue, the signal on the model is “good” .Any thoughts?
we live 1.8 miles from the tower. When we got on Tmobile cell and home internet several months ago, we got on the home internet around 90-100mbs and no less than 20-30. Now, we will get 30-40 mbs for 15 minutes then .2-.4 mbs for 15-30 minutes. It’s on and off on and off. We have called several times ands last time they said it was a coverage issue. How can you have coverage one minute and none the next then coverage again?
Here is what you need to know to connect your Sonos devices to your T-Mobile wireless internet. This example covers adding a Sonos One and a Sonos Move to the WiFi network. It assumes you have already used the Sonos App to attempt connecting Sonos devices to the T-Mobile wireless internet WiFi network with a T-Mobile FAST 5688W 5G gateway with default settings, which has failed. These instructions should also work for other Sonos products. However, these two Sonos devices, with and without an ethernet port, are used to understand the difference.T-Mobile FAST 5688W 5G gateway default settings:*Dual frequency bands 5GHz and 2.4GHz set to Automatic*WPA version set to WPA2/WPA3*WPA encryption mode set to AES*Network set to NOT HiddenIn this scenario, the Sonos One must be connected to the WiFi Network first since the Sonos Move does not have an Ethernet port. You will need a Sonos product with an ethernet port. Suppose you only have Sonos products without an ethernet port. You must purchase
I signed up for t-mobile home internet service and it’s working great. It’s running 2 smart tvs, phones, and Xbox and a PlayStation 4. But out of nowhere my gateway will turn off and turn back on. Has anyone else had this problem? Or do they know how to fix it?

Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo that shows up before placing the order and there is no option to remove that add-on. Any idea how to remove this add-on before placing the order? Thanks
I have been a T-Mobile home internet customer for nearly five months. Things were fine, but recently internet speeds have been slow -- this might be due to living in a college town that adds 10-15,000+ more cell phone users from September-May.I re-set my internet speed to 5G (from the “recommended” variable 2.4G/5G). I re-started the Gateway, and my laptop connected wirelessly to the internet, but my desktop and cellphone cannot connect. In fact, when trying to reconnect those two devices, my T-Mobile internet name does not even show up on the list of available networks -- there are 20 or more other names listed but not my T-Mobile internet name. I have tried to re-enter my T-Mobile internet name and password manually on my desktop and cellphone, but I cannot connect to the internet, and my T-Mobile internet name does not even show up on the list of available networks. Why would these two devices no longer be able to connect to my T-Mobile internet, although my laptop re-connected? T-Mobile Home Internet reward link is not working. Please advise how to receive mastercard.
Hi everyone! As of late Wednesday, it appears that people who do not have T-Mobile aren’t receiving my text messages. To me, they look like they’re sent, however, both Verizon and AT&T customers aren’t receiving anything on their end. I spoke to T-Mobile via Facebook and I’ve done the following:Cleared cache on phone Cleared cache and data on messages app Made sure all apps (Google Play and Galaxy Store) were up-to-date Made sure phone was up-to-date Reset network settings Reset all settings Deleted all messages in my phone (and emptied the trash) Turned on and off airplane mode Turned on and off most connections/network type settings Restarted my phone way too many times They told me I can come in-person today and get a new SIM card. I’m hoping that fixes it, however, I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same problem or has ideas? T-Mobile says my account looks fine and everything on their end looks fine. My phone is a Galaxy S21 and is only 1.5 years old, and I’ve been with T
