I started a post that said: "buy t mobile prepaid card to travel to the US" and T Mobile told me that my phone was not compatible with them, but now what I would like to know is if I go with my current cell phone (which T Mobile says which is incompatible) and I go with my SIM that does not have roaming in the USA, when I am in a hotel and I connect with my mobile and my sim to the hotel's wifi, the hotel's wifi will not work for me either? I hope your help. Thank you
We placed a call to a collect international Bank Card customer service back in December 2022, the call was not to be charged to my tmobile acccount but it was. I ended paying U$ 80,00 for that call. I have the card tool free picture of the number we dialed but still I got charged. I want a full refund of that charge.
What is the charge for “utility use” on my bill that is listed under Tmobile fees?
With Magenta 55+ and Magenta MAX 55+, can the Netflix service be used other than on the phones? Like on the Roku box at home?
I registered for Paramount+ through the link provided by T-Mobile. Everything seemed great. After reading about the limits of Paramount+ Essentials I decided to pay for an upgrade to Premium. But the amount I was billed didn’t give me any discount at all from T-Mobile. Is that correct? I know it only allows for free Essentials, but I presumed it would be similar to Netflix, where we still get a discount off of the Premium Tier.If it is correct, is that a Paramount restriction or a T-Mobile restriction?
Chromebook Go, connects quick to LTE on boot, then drops connection less than 1 minute. Often requires me to click the icon to disable then re-enable, and wait, adding 5 min to boot time. How can I fix this? Its a brand new. Why is it doing this? This Chromebook is my 4th in the past 6 years, I like it for everything, except it useless to me with LTE and if I lose my LTE connection 1 minute after I boot then takes minutes to restore, is it crippled this way on purpose?
Hi, Do you guys use T-Mobile aboard? I’m in Poland right now using international data pass. I have 5G most of the time on my phone and internet works OK, but calls show wrong phone number. T-Mobile told me to use WiFi calling, but when I call out to local numbers in Poland it does not show my phone number but random number from Germany, India, etc. Not even from Poland. Today, someone from US called me and on my phone it showed +31 country code.. Also, when I’m not in WiFi range I can’t use WiFi calling and every incoming call is being dropped at exactly 5 minutes and 6 seconds mark. T-Mobile rep told problem with caller id name is on the receiving end which I don’t think is true since problem is with phone number not name. Also, if he is right and number was incorrect on incoming call.. then it’s T-mobile problem.. This is not the service level I was expecting on business account paying extra for data pass. Anyone has similar issues?dArF1k
Currently running an Netgear Orbi Router & Satellite mesh network in my home that currently connects to a cable modem. I have numerus wi-fi connected devices (Amazon Echo(s), Fire TV sticks, thermostats, security cameras, iPad tablets, Nest devices, Ring devices, etc.) attached to my network via wi-fi, and another 10 or so devices connected via ethernet, one of which is my home server running Plex. Some of the devices have reserved IP addresses assigned to them.I’d like to continue to use my Orbi router when my new T-Mobile Home Internet 5G Gateway is setup so the Orbi router continues to handle all of my wi-fi needs along with DHCP assignments. Can I just connect the Orbi routers WAN port to one of the ports on the 5G Gateway and be done with it or are there other steps I need to take?
My Gateway wi-fi shows itself as located in Orlando, FL. But I live In Louisiana. It has done this since we set it up last March. All devices using the home network (TV, IPhones, computers) also display this Orlando location whenever online. Orlando’s zip code is always pre-populated in online forms. Also, if I attempt a local call on my iPhone, I get an error message that I must dial the area code first! Because it thinks I’m calling from Florida to Louisiana! I can’t get anyone with TMobile either thru Chat or email to address the issue, they ask if I have a screen capture of the problem, so no one has been able to fix it. Very frustrating. Any ideas?
After switching over to the 5G network from T-Mobile I found that my sleep number bed was disconnected and would need to be switched over to the new Wi-Fi network. While attempting to do so the bed doesn't seem to pick up the wi-fi at all. I've tried switching to the 2.4 gigahertz Network as well but nothing seems to work and the bed won't pick up the Wi-Fi. Has anyone else experienced something like this or possibly found a way to fix this problem?
Hello, I realize its early but is T-mobile going to offer MLB.TV for free for the 2023 season like they have done in previous years?I thought I had read somewhere that the agreement between T-mobile and MLB had ended but maybe that was for MLB network and not MLB.tv?
