Hello. So I got T mobile home internet, due to the best available in my area being AT&T (which I despise). After running a speedtest, I was thrilled to see the results. I’m a big gamer, and faster is better! Or so I thought. Trying to play PC games, I was constantly errored out and disconnected....
I have had the 5G home internet for a while now. The router is reliable it’s always VERY fast, at least for downloads. For the most part, with most sites it’s fine. But I cannot really rely on it because a lot of sites do NOT work properly with T-Mobile Home Internet. Those same sites work fine...
I have been trying to log in, but keep getting the same error message the last couple of days: Looks like we got our wires crossed. Please try again later. I tried calling help line but there was a 30+ minute wait. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it? Thanks!
So I have my internet device right next to my Westinghouse roku tv but the network isn’t showing up on the tv and I’m not sure if it’s the WiFi or the tv itself. Any ideas? I’ve done all the restarts and stuff with my tv
Other threads didn't resolve the issue. I am able to log in via my phone but not my pc. Apparently t-mobile is aware of the issue. Any idea when this issue will be resolved?
