I need the port out passcode from Tmobile
I was in contact with someone who I’ve messaged on several occasions. However, the text messages do not show up on Usage details, but our phone call did. Why is this happening?

For the past 24-36 hours..Calls keep dropping..A LOT in the middle of conversation Other person can’t hear me even though I can hear them just fine Weird message popping on screen about something being offline whether phone is on or off wifi Home wifi (not T Mobile) is just fine and other devices connected to home wifi are working just fine
Helpp !!! I accidentally paid my phone bill with the wrong card ! I used my rent money by accident instead of using my savings money which is what I pay my phone bill with ! Is there anyyy possible way I could reverse the payment and use my savings money and get my rent money back ??
I created a Tmobile account just for this. For the past 2 days, about to go on 3 days my Iphone has been jumping between 5g & SOS. Using wifi doesn’t help because thats out. A day without service? Fine, things happen. But 2 days with no service & no word about it from your carrier is a red flag. At least assure your customers who are still being charged when they dont have service that you are aware of the problem & are working on it. I guess i should start looking at finding a new network carrier. Smh.
I could have gone to the local store in my wheelchair and updated my payment info faster than using your effed up website. Why is your customer service the worse in the world. I get better customer service from the big guy dementia Joe.

I cannot access my Tmobile internet app because it no longer recognizes my password. My smart TV lists my Tmobile wi-fi, but will not accept the password, either. Other devices are on the same wi-fi connection, including another TV. What can I do without disconnecting everything? The problem TV is a Samsung, and has always been connected to this wi-fi network and worked fine, until this week. I can successfully connect the Samsung to another provider that is also in my house, but prefer to keep all my devices on the Tmobile internet.
I have been a customer since 2017. I have been on auto bill and had no issues. Till we adding the internet. This is the worst spottiest internet I have ever had, slow, never had a high speed, and if you have more than 4 devices one of them is being slowed heavily. We're switching to Mint Mobile now, it's been the most painful process because how hard TMobile is making it to just transfer my number!! I've been waiting for the transfer for 5 hours now, been in the 'live chat' for a few hours, and can now say I've been on hold for an hour now!!! This is ridiculous. Please, please release my number or help me at all? I'm so done with this company. I had no idea it'd be this hard for them to simply release my number.Glad to see you love and care of customers so much too. Great way to be treated just on hold.... With this terrible sound quality.
My wife’s oneplus 7 pro the last 2 days won’t send texts but receives messages ok. All other network related functions work fine, no sim card errors, etc. Tried all kinds of things to get working.I swapped my sim with hers. Using her device with my sim card, sending text msgs works. Her sim card in my S21 Ultra however, I get the same issue, no outgoing texts.So in my mind it’s a sim card issue, not device related. It’s just weird that only sms seemingly affected. Any ideas??
