When I call t-mobile they ask for my numeric code and I forgot it! They said I could reset it online but I need to know how! But I can't order or upgrade via phone without knowing it apparently!

Sign into the Tmobile app, go to profile, security and change your pass code from there.
i called tmobile to tell them my son’s phone had a black screen,they could not help me,because i didn’t know the code,the phone is 8 months old,it’s ridiculous,that there is no other way to get the code,cause if your screen is black,terriable customer service
