This is also basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
Hey Johnn, The T-Mobile website and app are great ways to manage your account. Have you had a chance to discuss this with our customer support team? When you report it to us by calling in or messaging us on Facebook or Twitter, they can file a ticket for the right teams to review what is going on and work on a fix.
If you share the images that you referenced, then we might be able to shed a little more light on the situation to see if there is anything that can be done outside of the ticket.
