Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge. For what seems like years now the ability to log into my business account is hit or miss. SO FRUSTRATING! I love T-Mobile but this is ridiculous.For a while I could clear my cookies (which I shouldn’t have to do) to resolve the matter.Lately, I give my user, then my password. All seems well until the only thing that shows up on the next page is the footer. The address says it’s my Dashboard page. But nope! Reloading gives an error message. Back button occasionally opens my Dashboard page. But when it does take me to the Dashboard I click “Shop” and get “500 Internal Server Error”. All I want to do is buy two phones without going to the store or spending forever talking to someone on the phone.Why is it so hard to get your website to work?Can we get John Legere back to drive home permanent fix?
What is with T-Mobile’s app and website. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone, and it never lets me go past the credit card payment window. I’ve tried three valid credit cards and debit cards, still won’t process any! Keep getting a screen that tells me to call customer service. So frustrating!
This may be difficult to explain. We have T-Mobile internet. Recently when logging into to our own server, entering the login credentials we have server access. As soon as we make a selection, within the page on said server, we are kicked back out to the login screen. Re login, the website has changed to the selection we made prior to getting kicked out. Click on anything on the page we are now in, get kicked out back to login screen. ON another website, not related to us, login on the login screen, then select a link, immediately kicked back out to login in screen. Can’t navigate websites that require a login as we are kicked back out to login after successfully logging in. Tried CHROME, Edge, Firefox on Win10 and Win7 same issues. Checked our firewall, not blocking anything. Reset T-Mobile access point, same issue. Huges Net, AT&T and Frontier Internet work fine on all websites mentioned above.TMOBILE support after on the phone with them for over an hour, didn’t have a c
My app sends transactional sms messages via Amazon.With the recent Long Code retirement looming, I created an Amazon Pinpoint 10DLC campaign and it got it approved. My 10DLC number went active on August 28th, 2023. So I switched to sending my app’s text messages via the 10DLC origination number. This worked great for other carriers. I’m seeing 0% spam filtering for them.However, ALL messages I send through Amazon SMS to T-Mobile numbers are now being blocked as spam. These messages have only increased in their compliance as we had to update them to get the 10DLC campaign approved. Do you have resources to help me resolve this myself or is there somebody I could work with to resolve this issue?
Im the owner of the account and i cant even see any details because it says i dont have permission. They been charging me more and more since March and my phone has been hacked no one time but 3 times. I regret having Tmobile and they are not available to help in the store.
Hello! I was wondering, what website do I put while filling out the T-Mobile Reseller Program? Do I have to build a website and design it like how I would if I got approved for the program? I'm confused as to if I need to own a Mobile Service company before I even get approved? Can someone please help?
When is your IT going to fix their website? We have 25 lines on our business account and NOTHING can be managed by your website which constantly crashes, hangs up, and loops multiple error messages, system not available messages, page not found messages.. the list goes on and on. TMO knows this has been an issue for years but does absolutely nothing to resolve it. I want answers before I close our accounts and move to ATT.
I am very very angry about the fact I can't purchase ANYTHING through "My Sprint". It's gives me a red box claiming to have technical problems... apparently major problems considering this has happened multiple times over the past 2 years. Everyone has to agree physically going into a Sprint/T-Mobile store is a ridiculous & time consuming process. To do anything in the retail store. Its alot easier to take are of things on "My Sprint"!! Please help me!! I'm not paying an employee to message chat! My bill is outrageous enough. I also tried signing out/in & deleting/reinstalling the "My Sprint " app.
327 phone calls over 2 days from 0600 texas time till 1800 texas time not 1 us rep.Im so sick of being hung up on, questions not answered, transfered to this person and that person, ask for a supervisor oh no we cant et u one.This is ridiculous. I will not deal with over seas call centers with personal or business info.Ive had enough. They add $1140.00 to my bill after using my insurance to replace my phone. Sent old phone back in return packaging. Was taken by ups when they picked up a bunch of packages that went out. There insurance company says they didnt get it and im on the hook for it.Well im not paying for something i dont have. Im done dealing with these call centers and non english que card readers.Im a us citizen and want to only deal with people in my own country.They say they care about your experience. The they do. Tmobile is a joke im just done. Lawsuit being filed against them for this money added to my account as well as the aggrivation of these stupid call centers.
