This # has been leaving voice messages ever since I got my phone in 2018. Every time I shut down my phone then turn it back on it says that I have a new voice message from the same #. Then its says that voice mail was detected using SMS but I haven't even been able to set up my voice mail. So I Googled the # to see if anyone else was having this problem and I found that this # is from Santa Barbara and many people have had this issue just like me and most of them said that this # had something to do with T-Mobile. Then I heard that this # was a viruse or a hacker trying to get into your phone which almost gave me a heart attack. So if you could explain to me what this # really is then that would be great.
I’m having a problem with T-Mobile 5g home internet that has not been resolved despite many calls in to the help line. I’ve had T-Mobile 5g home internet for almost a month now, and the short version is that every so often the gateway drops the network. When I say “drop the network,” I mean to say it throws everything off of the Wifi that it’s broadcasting, and anything plugged in via ethernet says “no network found. (To elaborate this point, cell phones switch to cellular data because wifi is gone for them, and computers hardwired into the gateway think that they are no longer plugged into anything.) Turning off the gateway and turning it back on resolves the issue, but doesn’t prevent it from happening again. Whatever is happening doesn’t seem to affect our connection speed/strength when the gateway IS providing signal to devices in the home, but due to the nature of our work, we need a connection that won’t just disconnect randomly. To address this, T-mobile has so far run a
I've been having an issue for about a week now where as soon as my phone connects to Wifi, I begin having issues sending and receiving text messages. I've been having the same issue as well as my Girlfriend, her Mom, and her Daughter all having the exact same issues when on WiFi. This includes 4 different phones, 3 different Samsung models and an iPhone. All T-Mobile devices. This issue seems to only be with text messaging. No issues with calls or any type of Data or internet related App. Just sending and receiving text messages.I called support last week because I was certain this was a known issue for many people, but was told it was not. I went through all the trouble shooting steps with the team and nothing they could do seemed to fix the issue. I cleared my cache, checked my data to ensure it was all setup correctly, I'm even now using a brand new Note 9 and still having the same issues. When I called originally I was using my s7 Edge.I've taken a few photos where you can see the
Hey there! My name is James, let me start with the summarized version of the issues: When sending a message from Gmail to a phone number **********@tmomail.com, the message successfully reaches the phone when that address is entered into the "To" or "Cc" field of the email, but the message is blocked when it is entered into the Bcc field. I tried this on multiple carriers and it seems that T-Mobile is the only one with an issue. Now for a more in depth explanation. I am currently testing to see if a Gmail account could be used as a quick alternative Mass Notification System for my company. I used my own cell and a few co-workers cells in the test, my own is T-Mobile and the others were AT&T and Verizon. When I sent the message from Gmail to the respective phone numbers, it reached everyone, but I had entered the addresses into the "To" field on the email. For obvious privacy and security reasons, its preferred to enter them into the "Bcc" field of the email, that way not eve
Hello. So I got T mobile home internet, due to the best available in my area being AT&T (which I despise). After running a speedtest, I was thrilled to see the results. I’m a big gamer, and faster is better! Or so I thought. Trying to play PC games, I was constantly errored out and disconnected. Wondering why, and getting pretty upset, I hit google to find answers. Apparently its a port forwarding issue? I’m not that savvy when it comes to these things. My question is, is there any kind of fix? Or should I just count my losses, stick with AT&T?
Hi all,I know it sounds dumb, as good as I am with technology, mobile phones, etc, the famous reach T-Force through Facebook does not mean a lot to me...To me, Facebook is personal page or business pages. Does that mean I need to follow T-Mobile official Facebook page, and then, try Messenger to speak with them ?I am very very confuse here...Thanks...
I have tried to create an online account at irs.gov and go to the step where they ask for a mobile phone number to verify my identity. When I enter my T-Mobile phone number, I receive an error message saying "We weren't able to verify your identity using your phone." I am the primary account holder of T-Mobile account. T-Mobile support states they do not know the reason for this failure. Is this just me or for everyone on T-Mobile?
just last week this ERROR MESSAGE “unfortunately t mobile has stopped” started popping up on 2 of my 5 phones. I cannot find a true fix for this online. I went to a T-mobile store and the Rep told me that maybe I need to pay my bill. I told him my bill is paid in full. He than took a look at my 2 phones and said that if I upgrade my phones that this ERROR would go away. He could not fix my phones and told me that it is a phone problem. I told him that it is a T-mobile software problem and T-mobile needs to fix their software. I left and came home to contact T-mobile for a fix. I am waiting on a callback in 45 minutes. I am putting this problem out there is there a real fix for this ERROR “unfortunately t mobile has stopped”
My old setup consisted of a cable modem connected to a router. I would like to continue using my router (and mesh router system that I plan to upgrade to in the very near future). How do I connect a router to the T-Mobile LTE Wi-Fi Gateway? Is it possible?I’ve tried turning of Wi-Fi in the gateway and have connected one of the ethernet ports on the back of the gateway to the WAN port on my router, but I cannot connect to the internet. Are there settings that need to be changed? Or, is it just not possible?
Every so often, maybe about once or twice a week, I will encounter this problem where I will make or receive a phone call and the call will sound garbled in general, but voices will sound robotic and unclear. Even the dial tone is garbled. This has happened while calling other mobile phones as well as calling a landline. Every time it has happened, I have been in an area with good coverage, normally full coverage or near-full coverage. If I am streaming music prior to the call, it will be choppy and have streaming issues when I end the call. The only method I have found to resolve it is to restart my phone, which is not an ideal experience. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I never experienced this when I was previously on the AT&T network and I'm concluding it is probably a network issue rather than a device issue, however I haven't ruled out either as a possibility. My device is a Moto G4 Play, which hasn't had any problems since I got it.
I have a notification on my Credit report stating that I owe a debt collection agency money which is from T-mobile, and it has been sent to collections. I never received any information in regards to a debt before hand and I am still a current T-Mobile customer, OTHERWISE I would have paid it. I want to work with T-Mobile directly to pay off my debt. I do not want to contact the Debt Collection agency AGAIN. I have no problem at all paying off my debt, but I want this removed from my Credit report ASAP, because it is very damaging. I am very willing to work with T-Mobile to resolve this issue. I do not have Facebook or a Twitter. I would like to E-Mail directly or speak to someone over the phone. Thank you!!!
