First spam text message via tmomail.net

Received a fishing message to my phone via tmomail.net. The sender's address appears as another tmomail.net address, but since email senders name (the From: header) is trivially faked, I have no reason to think it's actually the sender's address. Since the sender's address is probably bogus, there's no reliable way for me to block that address. Is there any point in contacting TMO support to find out the true origin of this message? On a slightly lighter note, this was a bogus warning about my Amazon account, which directed me to "us-amnazon.online" for resolution.

Is Spotify part of Music Freedom?

I have a Simple Choice plan with two lines. Each line has 2GB of high speed data per month. In my plan details it says Music Freedom is included. 1. Should Spotify count toward my high speed data usage, or should it not count because it is part of Music Freedom?2. More specifically, should listening to music on Spotify count toward my high speed data usage or not?3. Should listening to podcasts on Spotify count toward my high speed data usage, or not?I found two T-Mobile pages that appear to contradict each other. Free Unlimited Streaming | Music Freedom Simple Choice Plan | T-Mobile This page says Music Freedom is included in the Simple Choice plan, and that Spotify is included in Music Freedom.Music Freedom However, this page says Spotify includes video which is part of BingeOn. But the language isn’t clear if that means only the video services are part of BingeOn or all of Spotify is part of BingeOn. I would really appreciate help with this.

Partner coverage in Navajo nation

We will be visiting Chinle, AZ, which is within the Navajo nation. The T-mobile coverage map shows "partner coverage" when zoomed into the area around Chinle. We only need voice and text. Will we be able to use our phones as usual, or do we need to do something to have coverage while we are in Chinle?

Nokia 7.1 - mobile data not working

Recently purchased the Nokia 7.1 Android One phone and have been having a lot of problems getting the mobile data to work, 4G or otherwise. Has anyone else had the same problem? Is there something I'm missing with a setting that needs to be switched? I was hoping someone might have some helpful advice. Have talked to T-Mobile support over the phone and in the store and no one has been able to help thus far.

How do I get a 6-digit PIN?

I've had a prepaid hotspot (Alcatel LinkZone) for a couple years now, and I just tried to make some changes to my account (change the rate plan and credit card info), but it is asking me for a 6-digit PIN that was apparently sent to me in the original confirmation email when I opened the account. I found that email but it only includes a 4-digit PIN. When I try to use that 4-digit PIN it tells me it is too short and it must be at least 6 digits. What do I do?

Duplicate text messages

Since yesterday all incoming text messages come through twice! So annoying. I have done all suggestions from a prior post in the community. Nothing has helped. I cleaned the cache and deleted the threads. I powered down. I turned WiFi off and on. Did I mention how annoying this is??? Help please!!

Large service dead zone, not yet a customer - how to report?

I'm considering joining T-Mobile, but there is a large coverage dead zone in my area. I tried to report this area to T-Mobile Support via chat, but they said I needed a T-Mobile phone number to report my issue, and therefore couldn't really assist. They also said that their info indicates that the area I was trying to report does have coverage (it definitely has none), which makes me think that this will never be addressed. What would be the best way to get T-Mobile to investigate this dead zone and mark it for future upgrades?

Amplified Plan - How do I enable HD Streaming

Previously I was on the One Plus Promo plan that had an option in my account profile under media settings that I used to enable HD streaming. I moved my plan to the Amplified plan that provides One Plus and HD streaming, but the media settings section in my account profile is no longer available. How do I enable HD streaming? I also don't see anything in the app (in fact the app doesn't even list my plan correctly, unlike the web site which does).

A USPS Employee Stole My Phone or USPS "Lost" It

So I'll preface this by saying the screen broke internally on my Samsung Galaxy S6 G920T IMEI : 357746064350595Like anyone else with insurance I filed a claim. It was approved instantly. Filed a Claim on Friday, received it on Monday evening.However when I went to a USPS location, and it was my turn in queue I noticed the employee was kinda eyeballing the envelope. She knew what it was.I mean it says Assurant Solutions and Merchandise Return Label attracting any potential thieves.Tracking Number: 9221690106781596691550I think an employee stole it as it was scanned for departure but before it was loaded on to a truck as it "vanished" after that scan.I have a receipt, there is a paper trail. I even have a photo with the exact phone, IMEI sticker and envelope that they provided to prove it was once, previously in my possession. I even have the original box actually that I received.What I don't understand is, how can someone be charged the unrecovered fee when I followed the rules and did
