Pay as you Go Legacy + Tourist Plan?

Hi allI am a frequent visitor to US, and maintain a Pay as you Go Legacy account for phone/text service for use during short trips. Is it possible to purchase a Tourist Plan to access data as well when I am on a longer trip?  If yes, will my account revert back to Pay as you Go Legacy after the Tourist Plan expires?Thanx

Phone has full signal but I can't use the internet

Greetings,For the past few months I have been trying to resolve this issue with my T-Mobile service:1.  Phone shows 3-4 bars of LTE, but the internet won't work2.  My co-workers with T-Mobile are not experiencing any issues and they sit right next to me.3.  When I'm with my spouse, their phone will work fine and mine won't4.  I have tried turning WiFi off, resetting network settings, using a different phone - nothing resolves the issue5.  I have called T-Mobile multiple times about the issue and the technician just tells me to reset my network settings or they send a device reset signal to my phone and it starts working again, but only temporarily6.  I've ruled out the device and location at this point, so what else is their to test?7.  Sometimes when I make calls, the device can't hang up and my phone locks up.  This has happened on 2 separate devices.  I have to do a force shutdown/restart.Device:  iPhone XR, updated to the latest version of iOS.A side note:  Why do I have to reset m

Unlock sim out of country

Hello,I bought an iPhone XR (full price) because my old iPhone 6 was broken. Im back in Germany and want to use a german provider. I used my prepaid card 10 month and my new phone 6 month in the US. I tried to use another sim card but it says that my phone has a sim lock by T-mobile. I called the hotline but they couldnt help. They only provided me a temporary sim unlock but i need a permanent unlock. The hotline told me that I need to be in the US to unlock my phone but this is impossible for me right now. I hope someone can help me with my problem.Nils

website refused saving of edited post under login

I tried to edit my post under my login but failed. If your website is broken, besides fixing it, please feel free to edit my post; it'll be obvious how. Apparently, I can't. I tried again another day but this time there was no option to edit (I clicked Actions and it said "No actions are available").I had started a topic and a few of us posted. Then, an email announced a reply. The email let me reply directly in the email into the topic. Some places that offer that choice need the original email preserved so they know what the reply is to, so I left the prior message intact and added my reply at the top. I assumed the website would omit the excess.But when you look at the T-Mobile topic, my reply includes the prior text cluttering the page. I tried deleting it myself by logging in and editing the post, and I could edit the field, but the website refused multiple attempts to save it. It claimed that maybe my login had expired but it had not. It let me refresh the page, but that didn't h

Lost of service when power was out

In the evening of June 20th, a strong storm swept thru my area (23323).  When we lost power, I relied on my cell phone to stay in touch with my neighbors in case of emergency.  Unfortunately, about 10 minutes after the power was out, Tmobile service went down also.  When power came back on (6+ hours later), so did Tmobile service.   During those hours, I was completely isolated from the rest of the neighborhood who many use other cell services.  It seems like the nearest Tmobile towers did not have adequate backup power to stay up during power outage.  That concerns me greatly because during and after a storm/hurricane, people should be able to rely on cell service to call for help, at least for a day or 2, not 10 minutes.How do I find out what happened?  Who do I voice my concern to?

Nokia 2760H flip phone in 08520

My mother has this 12-year old flip phone.As I recall T-Mobile upgraded the network near us.She does not seem to be able to make any calls. Just show 1 bar signal strength.She is on a grandfathered plan coming up for renewal in September.Can this flip phone still be used where us?

4GB is not effective after plan changed before the auto re-newal has applied

So one day before the auto-renew, I changed my plan to 50 dollar unlimited and they agent told me to get a new SIM Card in order to make the changes effective. The agent did tell me the plan has been changed and is activated. When I get to the store, the staff told me I was still on the old plan which they couldn't do anything to help with that issue, but I checked my chase account which had already been charged for 54.5 dollar including the tax. I checked my account online which I haven't made any changes on the plan so I knew that the first agent did NOT DO ANYTHING.  I called another agent to cancel the plan change and remain on the same plan but I want the plan to be effective today instead of tomorrow. She transferred me to another agent and he said he addressed the issue which it was not being taken care of. The 4G was still not effective and I had to call another agent about what's going on. Only to find out that my data usage history was still on the last month but my plan was

I need to cancel my contract.  I bought the phone because my business involved traveling to Europe.  I no longer need to travel this year.  I want to cancel my contract till i need to travel to Europe next year.  How do I do this?

Netflix on Us, but not 55+

Hi.I love T-Mobile and have been a customer for a number of years. Best company ever. Great customer service, and the T-Mobile Tuesdays are awesome. I was just curious as to why the 55+ customers are exempt from the Netflix On Us. I just purchased a Galaxy S10+ and LG G8 ThinQ and have 2 lines. T-Mobile One NCC Zero International Roaming

I feel like I have been scammed by T-Mobile reps at the store. I went in to switch to T-Mobile One NCC plan and one of my requirements was International Calls and International Roaming. I was clear about these two things to the store rep from the beginning and even told her that I won't switch if I do not get these two. First of all, the store rep had no idea that there is a T-Mobile One No Credit Check exists, even her colleague standing next to her was confident that nothing like that existed. Then I asked them to visit t-mobile.com and look it up, which they did and were totally surprised that a plan like that even existed. With a bit of hesitation, I switched to TMO NCC plan with $15 stateside calling for 2 LINES and I was promised that would get at least unlimited text and 2G data on international roaming, but to my surprise have had no luck getting any signal abroad. I've hear T-Mobile has better customer service but unfortunately I was dead wrong.I have been to Hong Kong, and no

Charges added to my bill and they have NOT been refunded. Anyone else?

Noticed my bill had 33$ per month extra on it...since January. These charges were for services like car tunes, which I never asked for. Unbelievable. After hours of speaking to people in Malaysia...none who actually helped, they just apologized a lot! No refund. Also was offered a discount but when checked my bill, it’s not there. Why does this company suck so much?? And why don’t they give a credit to busy people who have wasted hours of their time speaking to agents who cannot or are unable to help?
