Outgoing Spectrum mail on t'mobile

I don't know if this is T-Mobile's problem or Spectrum, but I cannot get outgoing mail to work on my Android when connected to T-Mobile cellular data. How does international calling with T Mobile One?

When I look up the information on traveling internationally, it tells me that calls are $0.20/min for most countries. I'm new to international calling, so I found this a little bit unclear. I assume that means my US contacts can call me as normal, and I can call them as normal (no country code required) and I'll simply pay the listed rate. Is this correct? I assume that if a foreign friend wants to call me, they'll have to make an international call with US country code to contact me. They'll pay whatever the international rates are for their carrier, and I'll pay the same 20c/min. Is this correct? If I want to call a foreign friend on their cell phone, I assume I'll make an international call with the appropriate country code. In this case, do I still only pay $0.20/min for the call? There are no extra fees for international calling? Thanks for the help.

Group texting between Android and iPhone

I have a Galaxy S8 and I have been having problems with group messaging involving iPhones. When I send out a group text, I only get some of the replies coming from iPhones. Secondly, when I send out a text it in a group text, it texts me the same message from my phone number as if I am a recipient of it. I have only ever used android phones so there isn't a mix up with iMessaging. What can I do to fix this?

7 months of problems with "New" Prepaid

I changed to prepaid service in January of 2019, but have been a loyal customer for the better part of a decade. For the first 3 months of this new service I was unable to make a payment at all. Couldn't do it on my phone of in the store. Each month I had to call the 800 number and spend upwards of 30 minutes each time just to get my bill paid. Since then, I have only been able to pay via phone. I cannot link my number with my account, I cannot pay online to this day. Prior to switching, I got text messages informing me that my payment was coming due. These stopped when I switched. Each time for the last 6 months I have filed a trouble ticket to no avail. The CSRs have been nice and make excuses like "this is a known issue" and issues with upgrading the 5g network, but nothing has changed. T-Mobile used to be exemplary in the customer service area. And I know that you get A LOT of complaints but at this point I need for 3 things to happen.1. I need to be able to link this number to

Poor coverage

I have very poor coverage at my apartment, and I'm pretty sure it isn't my phone that's at fault since as soon as I get a half mile or so outside, everything seems to get connected just fine. Sitting here right now, it's on 'H', and a lot of the time it drops down to even 'E', which is basically useless. The coverage map also shows my address as full coverage (and also I'm in a pretty populated area, I'm sure there's towers around). Is there a place I can report this poor coverage? Or is this the place right here? Does T-Mobile give out some kind of at-home LTE equipment for these kinds of situations?Thanks

We are traveling to Europe and three of us have t-mobile iphones.We are planning on buying PAYG sim cards from EE (used to be t-mobile) and wonder if they will work.All phones are locked to t-mobile US, hence why I thought the EE route would be an option.Thanks

Cannot pay bill

Hello. I've set up auto pay. And I cancelled my account/service with T-mobile last week because I relocated overseas. Now I cannot access to my Tmobile account in order to pay my final bill. I don't want to call customer service to pay bill due to long distance charge. Will T mobile use my auto pay information that I've set up to pay the final bill?

Not receiving verification texts

This is SO frustrating. I have a Simple Choice prepaid plan and I am not receiving any short code/verification texts from ANYONE other than T-Mobile: no Uber, no Lyft, no Google etc. This is particularly irritating as I'm travelling in the USA for work - right now I'm stuck at my Airbnb because I can't catch Uber anywhere. What the hell, T-Mobile!

Random Group Messages?

I keep getting random group messages and all the messages say "Stop." I have checked my call/text logs and have not seen anything outgoing to these groups. However, this is getting frustrating because it can happen anywhere from 1 to 7 times a day. Has anyone else had this issue?

SyncUp Drive reassignment

Hi, I have had the SyncUp Drive unit for a while now on my car. We just purchased a new car for my wife and I want to use the unit on her car instead. I tried to delete my car so I can add her car but it won't let me. I can't just add her car since the unit reports being already assigned to my car...endless loop. Can anyone shed any light on how I can do this?

Network issues in AZ 85306 for the past few weeks

Has anyone else in the Glendale/Peoria AZ area been having connection issues the past few weeks? It seems like around 2-5pm my data is unusable. It's been getting worse, I've had this issue most of the day on weekends. It shows full signal and 4G but I can't connect to anything. This happens at my house and with both my phone and my wife's phone. I contacted T-Mobile support and they only could say it's network congestion and didn't offer a solution. Is there really nothing that can be done? If that is the case I will need to look into another service because I won't pay for a service I can't even use.

website refused saving of edited post under login

I tried to edit my post under my login but failed. If your website is broken, besides fixing it, please feel free to edit my post; it'll be obvious how. Apparently, I can't. I tried again another day but this time there was no option to edit (I clicked Actions and it said "No actions are available").I had started a topic and a few of us posted. Then, an email announced a reply. The email let me reply directly in the email into the topic. Some places that offer that choice need the original email preserved so they know what the reply is to, so I left the prior message intact and added my reply at the top. I assumed the website would omit the excess.But when you look at the T-Mobile topic, my reply includes the prior text cluttering the page. I tried deleting it myself by logging in and editing the post, and I could edit the field, but the website refused multiple attempts to save it. It claimed that maybe my login had expired but it had not. It let me refresh the page, but that didn't h

IPhone 6s says its a Tmobile carrier but doesn't work with my Tmobile sim

"The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy assigned by the activation server. what is Samsungs problem and can anyone help????

In January my daughter's phone literally blew up in her face the battery expanded the back popped off and it was hot to the touch. After calling Samsung and sending them pictures of the device they asked me to send it back to them I waited for the Shipping label and shipped it back to them on the 4th or 6th of February I call them 4 days later was told that my device was received and I would receive a replacement within 14 days and it would actually be an upgrade to an S9. That would have been wonderful but after waiting 17 days I called back and was told that the phone had never been received that I had never shipped it. and that there was nothing that they could do because the ticket that they had sent me had been canceled by Samsung because they had not received before 10days therefore there was no way to track the package. So from February 17th now i have spent almost twice a week on the phone with Samsung for numerous hours trying to speak to a case manager regarding this situa

Why Was My Data Account Switched Without My Permission?

I live in Australia but come to the USA several times each year. I have 2 mobile accounts....one is a pay as you go mobile account and the other is a data plan.Today, out of the blue I received this message:"Your requested switch from North America Simple Choice Mobile Internet UNL Data with 2GB 4G LTE to Mobile Internet Network Access has been made. This change is effective immediately."Firstly, I requested no such thing. And, I have no idea what this means. On my phone account I can put in enough credit to last 12 months. The North American Simple Choice data plan lasted only 1 month/charge. I would only add funds to it after I arrive in the USA. I don't know what the new plan does or how it works let alone why I was switched over. I kind of resent being told I requested something that I did not request.I have searched high and low for a way to contact customer service from Australia short of calling.
