Has anyone had any luck at getting a T-Mobile expert to do anything but lie? I have spent countless hours on the phone and chat, with many EXPERTS and had one after another assure me Charges would be taken care of, admitting they messed up, they would help me 101%, and TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. My bank account also had an unauthorized pull, and the return of those funds as PROMISED by several Experts, never occurred .
I have three lines with unlimited data etc. for 140 all in for at least 4 years. I want to add a line to use as a guest phone when my family from Europe visit for several weeks a year. Does anyone know if you can add a line to my existing plan without increasing the 140/month?
I had 4 phones for 19+ years, and the cell bill has increased from $80 to now $200 per month on the Megenta plan - due to the fact that someone in Dadeland FL is running around with my driver’s license information and SS # - (maybe due to 54 Milllion customer breech in Aug - since this happened starting in Sept -Oct) walked into two different T-Mobile stores and pickup a brand new iPhone 13 Pro each time and added life time upgrades on my account - and all that Tmobile can do is offer a two year protection plan which only allows up to 10 CCs - and like 10 emails In any event I transfer all but one of my phones out of Tmobile this month and now for just one phone they want $140 for my one line - and it can not be changed!!! What are the terms after 19 years of service with Tmobile - really? I see that the over +55 plan is only $27.50/ea for two lines

I tested out 2 other hotspots and getting similar speeds.Location: Deming, NM , tower location is about 2 miles away. We suspect T-Mobile is using GPS to detect that our devices are within a large RV park district of the town, and are purposely throttling all devices within a lat/long box covering the entire multi RV park part of town, which is most likely to be using hotspots. T-Mobile has a chance to troubleshoot their network/tower NOW or lift the GPS lat/long throttle list, or we will be filing an FCC investigation into it. I am a Sprint customer. I have received SEVERAL text messages, phone calls, and requests while on with sprint customer support that I need to move my service to T-Mobile. They even sent me new T-mobile SIM cards to swap into my sprint phones (which didn’t work with my sprint phones BTW.) I have finally purchased the phones to do this. I called T-mobile customer support yesterday (Sunday) to start transferring. I was immediately transferred to Sprint customer support from the T-mobile phone number. After being on the phone with Sprint support was told I needed to talk to T-mobile support. I waited on hold for AN HOUR with T-mobile support before someone picked up. Talked with them for fifteen minutes before I was told that I needed to start new service with T-mobile, and that they would have to run a credit check?!?! I completely lost it. I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY YOU BOUGHT OUT, WHY SHOULD I RUN A CREDIT CHECK??? This is all so ridiculous. I immediately requested to talk
I recently discovered that T-Mobile has overcharged my account $10/mo for the last two years. The root caused turned out to be their fault. The best they could offer me was a credit for 12 months. Essentially telling me I have to eat $120. The customer service representative (Renee) was terrific and went above and beyond but I am not satisfied with the result. I've been a customer for 5 years but I may be headed back to Verizon!
WHY AM I calling in again for the 4th month in a row to question the insurance charge that you keep surcharging my account with, that NEVER WAS AUTHORIZED.. And I am subject the most ridiculous hold times ever.. 40 min+ no matter if I call 5am/ noon or 7pm ** Where are the EXPERST.. That supposedly correct this concern 4 most ago @!! omg.. WHAT IS UP WITH THE HOLD TIMES….!!!
I’m getting very irritated with my passport continually going down. Case at point every night between 9:00pm and 11:30 my passport needs to be rebooted 2 to 3 times. This does not mention the random times it needs repbooting during the day or the other times during the evening.I try to call service but, I always spend at least 30 minutes just dangling on the phone before I get a service person. If I called service every time I had to reboot (rough estimate) I would be logging 2 to 3 or maybe 4 hours on the phone every day with them. So, I just get up, or get out of bed and walk over and reboot the passport. The only thing I can think of to reduce this activity is to set up some kind of series wiring system with multiple switches and a bunch of extension cords.By the map, I’m supposed to have the best 5G connection posable. Even though I usually get only 2 bars, somtimes 3 for a short period.I’m hoping someone can solve this situation for me. I would call T Moble service but it takes me
Does anyone have the new TVision Hub? I like that it looks like it has microUSB for power but it also has a built in ethernet and a USB C (presumably for a hub for storage?). Looking at the pic, I’m bummed that the remote removed the number buttons as I think that’s a huge miss for streaming remotes. My question is about the buttons. I see the T-Vision button which one reviewer said was a waste since it just shows your internet connection or something like that. It would be better if that button were programmable so that one could select their streaming provider of choice to come up when that button is pressed. The YouTube button would also be cool if it could be programmed similar to the Chromecast with Google TV even if you can only select Google/YouTube apps. So does anyone have this? If so, can you long press on that button and the YouTube buttons to see if it lets you remap them to a different app?
I was able to use the mobile 5g internet on my revvl 5 android, I forgot my password and accidentally erased it. I tried to get back on and the mobile system on my phone will not light up in settings. I have been working on this for 5 days.
Anyone else been robbed by TMobile? Turned in my phone and never got my credit as promised. No contact that it was ineligible. They accepted the phone but failed to keep their obligation. I only found out when I checked. Never returned my phone back to me and now I’m out of luck. That’s theft if you ask me. Customer service has been of no help. Tried several times. They also charged me twice for my international plan I signed up for. Leaving soon as my plan is up. Very disappointed. Get it in writing people otherwise they will steal from you too!!
I have a PREPAID account with TMobile and have been a user for more than 10+ years.Recently bought “TMobile REVVL V+ 5G” Phone from TMobile Store. I have met the requirement of more than $100 in prepaid service credits.I have been calling TMobile-Customer-Care every 3-4 days for the past month to get my phone unlocked. Representative always come back with an answer that it will be done this time and I have to wait another 72 hours and receive an email. But, phone never gets unlocked. Any suggestions on how I go about getting my fully paid phone unlocked ?
My Web Guard was set at Low and then TMobile changed it to No Filtering and now it can’t be changed back to Low. Update Operation Failed when you try to change and Save it. Just wasted another hour of my life, about 4 hours total today talking to TMobile agents who don’t know what they are doing. TMobile agent can’t do anything about it.
12/19/2021: In late September I traded a fully functioning Samsung phone (Verified by local TMO store clerk) for a REVVL V+ 5G. Per the offer, which is still current, phone cost would be offset by monthly credits in exchange for a fully functioning trade in phone. The phone was received by TMO’s third party service, which concluded my end of the deal. My account shows the credit being validated, however the billing dept. won’t generate accurate bills and isn’t honoring the deal. I’ve had several conversations with Phone support,and they always acknowledge the billing mistake and promise to fix it, but don’t. How do I get this resolved? Is there a US based contact to assist with this and can anyone provide that contact information? Thanks for any assistance.
T-Mobile is offering free ear pods and Apple TV for a year with current promotion yes? I ordered 2 new i-Phone 13 pros as an upgrade and got denied the ear pods and Apple TV, so I returned my phones and canceled the upgrade and because such I will go to ATT. Simple Q which should require a simple answer - You very clearly advertise the promo on TV and the web site but failed to deliver, why??
