I've tried signing in to my t-mobile prepaid website to check my data, or pay bills, or to change plans. But everytime I sign in I get this message, I've called t-mobile 2 times, the first time the support guy on the phone said it is a problem from their side beside they have people working on the tower because of the 5G thats incoming, the 2nd time she told me that they had to delete my t-mobile account and make a new one using the same e-mail address, she told me to wait 8 days, I've waited almost a month, logged in, and the same message popped up again."Oh no! We have run into an issue when linking this number to the profile. Please contact our Care experts to get this resolved."I recently switched plans from the $45 4GB of data a month to $40 10GB of data a month. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Before I switched to that plan My T-Mobile was working just fine I could do everything.A screenshot of the message that keeps popping up everytime I sign in:
4th & Pike St in downtown Seattle has been a nightmare for coverage.During the day I’m lucky to get 1-2 Mbps and when rush hour hits around 4-5 it drops to 0-0.5 Mbps. There are often times when there’s no connection even though I have full bars. I’ve tried different phones with the same result. This has been going on for months now and it happens whether I’m on street level outside or at the window of the top floor of our building.Ironically there are cell towers at the top of the building that I can see, but I don’t know if they are T-Mobile towers.Anyone nearby see the same problems?
Hi,Are we only charged if we use the services when connected to a cruise ship's cell tower? The cruise ship I'm on (Carnival Sunrise, previously known as the Carnival Triumph) has no data at least under the old Triumph name. I don't plan on enabling mobile data, make outgoing calls or send outbound text messages. I also have unconditional call forwarding enabled so all calls goes to voicemail immediately. As a safety precaution, I also went into my T-Mobile account and blocked all international charged roaming. If I leave airplane mode OFF (disabled), will I be charged any roaming fees if I just have my cell radio on and it's connected to the only tower available which is on the ship?Just want to clarify how roaming works. I assume connecting to the antenna itself is not the reason for roaming fees but the actual services used.Thanks.
Since T-Mobile receives data from our phones at to weather or not we are connected to their network or not. Why doesn't T-Mobile make the data available to us consumers??? I believe it could help to better resolve everyone's disapproval of T-Mobiles clearly misleading coverage map which I have proved without a reasonable doubt contains false information intended to trick unsuspecting consumer's. Better yet... Why doesn't T-Mobile use that REAL_WORLD_DATA to update false coverage areas on the map (We all know why)I cant help but wonder why someone with the tech ability doesn't create an app that tracks when you are connected to the T-Mobile network, as well as when you lose your paid network connection. This could log how many seconds, minutes, hours, etc. a day customers are paying for a service that is unavailable. Perhaps that would motivate corporate T-Mobile to update the misleading or false coverage map or risk the possibility of a class action suit seeking a prorated refund for t
The T-Mobile website only lets us purchase ONE (1) international pass at a time. We are going to be traveling internationally for 30 days. Do we really have to keep repurchasing this thing every single day for 30 days? Please tell us that John Legere & the T-Mobile staff aren't so incredibly stupid to make this so incredibly difficult on all of us?Is there any way to purchase multiple international passes at a time? Why can't we just buy international passes for 7 days, or 14 days, or in our case, 30 days?AT&T is so much better than T-Mobile in these regards. You'd think that the T-Mobile staff has never traveled outside the United States before. Unreal. This is actually enough of a problem to make us switch back to AT&T.
I am in a foreign country and now I can't even receive a verification code to login into my account due to unavailability of T-mobile network. I need to login to pay my bills and request temporary suspension also, what to do now? Just a minute I was able to login with my security questions, but now that option is also not available. The only way they left me with is to log in with verification code which I can't receive. What should I do now?
I have just refilled my tmobile account under pay as you go plan on 28 may. It has been just 2 days(now 30 may) and I haven't make any single calls nor send any outgoing text messages. The only activity I had during these 2 days was receiving incoming spam messages. And apparently I noticed that my balance dropped exactly by the same amount of text messages I received. ($0.10 per text) I have used by my monthly usages of 30min/text msg
No new apps, tried safe mode, checked all settings no issue. The only thing I noticed is in my apps under system I have multiple phone apps of the same app, the default green with white phone and green with white outline of phone. I just received this from Samsung 3 days ago and have not loaded any phone apps. Talked to Samsung and they most likely the carrier has some setting that forwards my calls to voicemail. Strangely if Tmobile calls me the call comes thru.
Why I am charged for full month when I switched to T-Mobile and How do you calculate my billing cycle. is there a standard billing cycle for all customers. If Joined T mobile on 22nd of the month and how my billing cycle ends on 24 th of the same month and charged for whole month(why not prorated for three days)?
Hello yes I lost my iphone which still has an active sim card. I keep getting a message that goes "message # 1056 please contact us via written correspondence only"I have no access to any phones just wifi and a laptop where I can make calls out of gmail.comPlease help this is urgent
they will not allows me to change my pre arrangements. Not even giving us 14 days to make our payment they turn the phone off the next day with out informing u. And even thought i paid this amount cause i didn’t have the rest. They are not carematic at all about the customers issues at all they keep saying the same thing of empathy “ i do apologize “ but you not resolving my issue at all so this policy needs to be changeand updated training for the agent to have better customer service
I purchased an iPhone 8 at a T-Mobile corporate store, cash, with new postpaid service. This is just me venting, but also informing other unaware customers, that these phones are still SIM locked. This seems wrong to me on principle. I didn't even think that a phone for which I paid in full and for which I have no contract would be locked. Not only that, but when I ask to unlock it they say they require 48-72 hours. Be aware and request this early so you don't get stuck if you need to put a new SIM in to be overseas or transfer to a new carrier.
Have a T-mobile LG V30. Have been using multi-line and Digits. Am getting ready to leave my current employ and have been trying to backup my personal text messages. Can't find a method that will backup my sent messages. I should have been all over this back when the phone would switch lines while trying to use a Digits line to text, the phone would switch to using my simm number in the middle of a text conversation. Any help? I'm not expecting a solution, but I thought I would try. T-mobile store manager doesn't have a solution. Nor does T-mobile 611.
Yesterday (5/27) I had a good chat regarding using CCs on the T-Mobile site. I had to disable/delete the app. I tried to ADD funds to my prepaid account, and it was doing its same song & dance routine. I would get to a certain page (using a CC), and it would return me to the previous page. I did a little more digging and came across "prepaid.t-mobile.com/refill-account". A few minutes ago I went through the motions, and when I hit the CC it bounced me back to the previous page. AND, after receiving a confirmation code I was able to enter the Support Community. I then decided from that page to got to T-Mobile site I had to get another code to get access to that page. Can't the ENTIRE site recognise the first code? Now if I log out, and try to reenter the site I would expect to get another code.
Will I be able to utilize the new bands (such as 71) when using an unlocked Sprint LG V40 on T-mobile?
Hi, I know the LG V40 Sprint phone supports the new band 71. But if I bring the unlocked one from Sprint to T-mobile, does anyone know if the Sprint firmware will allow it to utilize this band considering Sprint doesn't use it on its own network? Also, will I continue to get firmware updates from Sprint or T-mobile or none?
Hello,I cannot find any way to e-mail you a technical problem report. I am including technical details that should help your operations teams identify and correct the reachability errors users have been reporting with mim.t-mobile.com. Please copy this written information into your internal problem reporting tool.I have been experiencing trouble accessing mim.t-mobile.com from my t-mobile iPad for several days.I finally dug into the technical details this evening. The name mim.t-mobile.com is a DNS alias (CNAME record) for the canonical name acms.msg.t-mobile.com. When doing a DNS query for this name on the t-mobile network, t-mobile's DNS servers respond with the address 10.175.136.20. This is an RFC1918, non-routable, internal IP address. Your network may be designed for end-user devices to be able to reach that address, but it is not working properly (it is also a violation of RFC1918 for you to use this address space in this way -- even if it does work most of the time). This is the
