I have been trying to verify my documents, and it’s not accepting them through the profile option. This is getting ridiculous, for military to spend this much time to do this. SheerID keeps saying virus warning, THIS IS INCORRECT, it’s a PDF with my orders. So, I only signed up with this plan for this reason, before I cancel the family’s plan, can somebody with some expertise, reach out, and advise me how I can send in my military orders for overseas; as this will be a 5 year tour. I also need the service to have “military suspension” so we can use all data features while overseas on orders. I just can’t believe it’s this troublesome to do this. Please contact ASAP or advise, as we are preparing to depart.
Do Not Purchase the Assurant Insurance (DBA American Security Insurance Company). It is a waste of money and time. They charge a certain fee for Each Line Every Month. Then, when you have a claim, they charge an Additional Large Premium cost for each Claim. It is not worth the money. Then, the Customer Service is the Absolute Worst. They make it hard to receive a replacement device. To report a claim over the phone, you will get hung up on alot. They will lie about the 'reason' for your claim. The replacement devices were full of malware and defective upon arrival.They do not like to honor their 180 day warranty. They just sent me back my old phone. The only way to submit a warranty claim is to call and they will give you a hard time over the phone.I will be removing this service. It is not needed when they take your money easily but do not want you to use their service.I am so disappointed in this company. T-Mobile try a different insurance company. I am thinking about leaving T-Mobil
My wife and I moved over from Verizon 2 months back after a recommendation from my friend. He has been using T-Mobile and was getting faster speeds than my WiFi at home. Anyway speed test will show me and my wife getting great download speeds, 25 mbps + down, to the usual less than 1.0 mbps down. I have reset my APN, I have put a manual APN, and I have wiped my phone factory settings in an attempt to fix this issue. Nothing has worked consistently. Anyway the specifics:Phones:Mine: Note 8Wife: S9Zipcode 83201Looking for an answer. I'm stuck on a 2 year contract with subpar speeds and want to see what can be done.
Hi team, can you please send me the account statements for May and June 21 as I can’t download them from the system and we need them ASAP? The last one we successfully downloaded was in Apr. Hello, I was charged an extra bill of $197.99 after I moved my account from my name to my cousin's name. After a phone call with a representative Rina (187902), I was told that the money would be reimbursed in 3-5 business days. I called up again today asking about the reimbursement, and a different representative tells me that it will take ten more days because all such disputes will be automatically resolved after the billing cycle. Has anyone else been through this? Why was I falsely promised that I would be reimbursed in 3-5 days? In addition, when I moved my account, they didn't tell me that I have re-register my Netflix account. And I was charged extra for that. Today, the representation did not admit that mistake. Also, I have had to change my sim card three times over the past nine years, and each time I had to pay $25-$30. Sim cards do not cost so much. They cost a few cents to make. I have been a customer since 2011 or 2012, and I am sad that they have treated me this way.Sha
