Since setting up my 5g home internet device, I am not able to connect my HP Photosmart C4599 wireless printer to it. I reinstalled it on my home computer which connects to the modem with ethernet cable. I currently have the printer set up using cable connected to home computer, but when I try to configure it over wireless, I am not able to complete the set up. I get to the point where I select my SSID and put in my password so that is all working, but then after that it fails for “MAC Address Filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting to your wireless network during setup. Temporarily disable MAC address filtering on your wireless router.” I got into the router using the admin user/password but don’t see an advanced option for disabling MAC address filtering. Is there a way to do this or what other options do I have? Thanks for your help!
this is BS. y’all broke my home internet. Are you throttling? I just changed my gateway thinking it was broken but no. It is your dishonest business practice that is causing this. Just be upfront if you are throttling. I will be canceling if it continues for a few more days. This is so dishonest. Your stock price doesn’t deserve the multiples. This is disgusting.

Hi, everyone. T Mobile has decided that they want me to let everyone know they should be checking their account immediately for unrecognized devices, lines, and higher bills.Nobody in our household has iPhones, but just today I was notified about a DIGITS promo that had been incorrectly applied to my account. As it turns out, T Mobile had allowed someone to add a new line and device on to my account without my knowledge. The best part is, they had been using DIGITS for some unknown reason. Perhaps it is to steal my information, perhaps it is to spam people from my phone number. In any case, customer service did remove it from my account right away, but my bill (after adjustment) is yet still $10 higher than it was last month. This kind of security breach must be something I am responsible for. They have so far been completely silent, and I am wondering what it is going to take for them to make this right. I’ve been a T Mobile customer for about a month now, and every week there is some
I have been calling 611 from March 2021 to December 2021 about 20 times per month trying to just simply get assistance regarding billing and technical support; and literally every single one of my calls go to T-Mobiles representatives located in the Philippines, overseas. I have requested to speak to a supervisor, manager, or even T-Mobile complaints department for 10 months. I have taken multiple surveys and explained this same issue. T-Mobile Reps in Philippines then transfer me to T-Mobile Reps in London or UK. Prior to T-Mobile merger with Sprint. Customer Service with T-Mobile any time of the day was awesome, fast, efficient and you were not kept on the phone at all. A T-Mobile team was normally assigned and you even had a follow up call from those team members making sure your services were working properly and questions were completely answered. I do not know what happened since Merger??? My services have been extremely poor-horrible, customer service with T-Mobile has been a co

I ordered for a phone, it hasn’t shipped yet. I order with a request to trade in my old phone, which I indicated, type and IME number. Now, I have changed my mind, I have two phones. Instead of trading the one I had wanted to trade in when ordering, I would prefer to trade in a different phone from the one I had said I would trade in. Is that possible to make the change?
I’m originally a Sprint customer before the merge and still have a Sprint SIM card. However, I have been getting texts nearly every day reminding me that I need to swap to a T-mobile SIM card to maintain service. So, I ordered the SIM card free of charge and received it quickly. No matter what I try, the new T-mobile SIM card will not connect me to the network. I even re-ordered a new one and still have the same issue. The reason I think it will not connect is because I currently live in Anchorage, Alaska where T-mobile has roaming contracts, or so I’m told. Any ideas?
Just spent 5 hours at Costco Wireless Advocates kiosk trying to purchase 2 iPhone 14 under the BOGO promo and activate 2 new lines to my Familytime Basic plan (yes it’s almost 20 years old). First I purchased an SIM card and added 1 new line (with my old device) to satisfy a Bring Your Own Device promo. Next I wanted to add a second new line and get the BOGO iPhone 14 promo. I took my first new iPhone and upgraded an existing line on my account. The problem came when I tried to add the second new line and activate the second new iPhone 14. At first I thought I had maxed out the new voice lines that I could add to my old plan. So I asked T Mo to cancel my first line activation under the BYOD promo, so I could still qualify for the BOGO promo instead. They did that and assured me that they could cancel it in a way that wouldn’t prevent me from re-adding the line and getting another promo. But when they tried to add the line again and activate the phone, the Wireless Advocate system said
We've had TMobile Home Internet for several months, and it's been rock solid from day one. Until the last 24 hours. Every 10-30 minutes or so, our devices get 'Connected, No Internet', and the only way to fix it is to power cycle the gray trash can (as we call the modem). Very confused, as it's location hasn't changed since initial setup, nor have any of its settings. Any help would be appreciated.
After I updated my Samsung s22 ultra with the Nov 2022 update. I noticed my unlocked phone now shows UC in the network icon status and since this happened. I can no longer upload videos to facebook. This is also happening to my other phone as well. What the hell t-mobile my phone was working fine until this UC update its been Ultra Crap. Whats even worse is, i am not even getting UC speeds, and I get dropped calls and missed txt messages smh. Why did T-Mobile rush UC out? I hate it.
i live right in the center of my city my phones all have full bars and my data speeds are much higher on my phones then the home internet i just got and for the life of me i can only get 3-4 bars never the full 5 super annoyed, am i missing something? should i just call t mobile and see if something is wrong?
I recently became a t mobile customer on Friday this past weekend and it said if I switch to t mobile I get a $100 prepaid MasterCard well I submitted my claim and when I check the status it says submission has been received and the promotion reward it says received but I have not received it yet or a text saying I got it what do I do to get the $100 card and who do I ask I guess call t mobile customer support?! And should I go to TMobile and trade in my old device because I purchased a new phone offline on T-Mobile.com and passed the credit check and now have a contract is there anything else I should do to get this prepaid MasterCard?!
Hello...I recently converted to T-Mobile Home Internet and am having one annoying issue. My Remoplus S doorbell works normally EXCEPT there’s no video at all anymore. I get notifications when there’s movement or the bell is rung but the video always comes up missing. I’ve tried to reboot, reset everything multiple times with no success. Given the notifications are coming across that means the device is successfully hooked up. As only the video is impacted, I suspect T-Mobile is blocking some needed port/protocol. Anyone with advice on this issue? Thanks...Jeff
Does anyone else using the T mobile Home Internet model KVD21 have this happen to them? My internet worked great for the first month, and about 2 days ago or so the internet just drops randomly and won't reconnect and will give me error codes Wan005 and Wan002 until I factory reset it. Turning it off and on again multiple times doesn't fix the error either. And when I do factory reset it, whenever it goes to reboot it gets stuck in a cycle where it keeps restarting over and over until randomly it finally reboots after unplugging and plugging it back in multiple times. This is super frustrating as you could probably imagine and I have no idea why out of nowhere it started doing this. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, if it continues I guess I will try to see about getting a replacement unit. Thanks for any input or thoughts on what could be the issue!
How do I cancel this paramount plus free prescription from T-Mobile? They have a package deal from paramount where I can get paramount plus and Showtime for $14.99 a month but first I have to cancel my current paramount subscription and my Showtime subscription. I can cancel the Showtime subscription using my Roku remote but there's no option to cancel the paramount plus prescription using the Roku remote because it was free I guess. I don't wanna keep it because it doesn't show anything live. It's not worth it if I can get Showtime in paramount plus together for 15 bucks. I don't see it on here anywhere on my account page.
