Hello, how can I unblock iPhone 6? It was already purchased from third parties, there was no sim card from T-Mobile. By checking on IMEI, the phone is not lost, not blocked. What do I need to do?Здравствуйте, как я могу разблокировать iPhone 6? Он был уже куплен у третьих лиц, сим-карты от T-Mobile не было. При проверке IMEI телефон не терялся и не блокировался. Что мне нужно сделать?
I purchased a 10Gb prepaid card from Best Buy, tried calling the number last night but didn't seem to work. This morning, I went to the activation page, entered my SIM # and it said it was ready to be activated. When choosing a plan, I don't see anywhere to enter the code that was with the SIM card in order to avoid paying the $40 again. Am I missing something? I've tried clicking everywhere but can't figure this out. The promo code box did not work. For background, I'm using my Verizon iPhone, but trying to test out T-Mobile coverage before switching. Thanks!Edit: Also, when I try to log in, it asks me to associate a phone number. I thought I would be getting a new number for my prepaid card? I don't want to port my Verizon number over yet, until I decide to switch.
Noticed my bill had 33$ per month extra on it...since January. These charges were for services like car tunes, which I never asked for. Unbelievable. After hours of speaking to people in Malaysia...none who actually helped, they just apologized a lot! No refund. Also was offered a discount but when checked my bill, it’s not there. Why does this company suck so much?? And why don’t they give a credit to busy people who have wasted hours of their time speaking to agents who cannot or are unable to help? Why should we stay with this company? Verizon has better plans, speeds and coverage. Testing them out this month 😊
Hi,I'm currently in Kenya and have been unable to utilize any sort of cellular data while roaming. Calls and texts seem to be sent/received without any issue, but cellular data just doesn't seem to work. I've tried every step on T mobile's troubleshooting webpage before speaking to a customer service rep who basically led me through the exact same steps before giving up and claiming my sim is defective. I'm pretty sure it isn't because I used it 2 months ago while roaming, in Kenya, without any issue.Would appreciate any help since T-mobile doesn't seem to have any answers!
I Just port in number from at&t last month. but still got the bill from them. I try the switch to Tmobile but it said unqualified. I port in number on Nov26 at the shop and the lady at the shop said I have to do nothing with at&t but the bill is still on. they keep charging me like I'm still with them. So, What can i do?
Hello, me and my 2 friends have a 3 line prepaid account. We are leaving the country at the end of June, 2019. We will come back on January 2020. Do we have to cancel the plan or is there any option that we can suspend them and re-activate when we came back. Or if we simply do not refill the accounts until we came back on January, and then when we came back, can we refill the account and continue to use it?
When I pay for the monthly bill, the discover visa failed two times so I use PNC visa to pay for the bills. However I noticed that, the two transcation of discover visa showed purchased, but my avaliable account shows 0.I did not find that before, and not only for June payment, the same things happens on May.THis is PNC These two are discover visa, which shows purchased.
I want to purchase a t-mobile ONE prepaid plan with unlimited data on it but I don’t like being limited to 480p on youtube, Netflix, etc.I heard you can purchase a hd-pass for 3$ a day? Also, what is the one plus plan? It comes with unlimited hd-streaming for an extra 15$ per month, right? Can I purchase it later on my already activated t-mobile ONE plan as an add-on, and is it also prepaid?PS: my card is only going to last for 21 days, since it will be purchased from a reseller under the name of "American Travel Sim" on amazon germany
Is there any main reason for having different types of sim card version. For example in Puerto Rico the sim card version is 12.76 but when I went to some TMobile stores on the US is 60.50. Is there a difference I know it can be the manufacturer but when I was on att it determined the network type you will get.
The Internet-connected voicemail server (named "voicemail.my.t-mobile.com" ) behind T-Mobile's customer/web-portal (My T-Mobile) disappeared last week and has yet to reappear. Both URLs for the server on the My T-Mobile account-management pages remain unchanged/updated ( https://manage.my.t-mobile.com/PartnerServices.aspx?service=visualvm&source=MyTMobile ) and thus a "page not found" (HTTP 404) error results when attempting to check/manage voicemail via T-Mobile's customer/web-portal.T-Mobile has to date provided no estimate for a return to service, and - adding insult to injury - T-Mobile is continuing to deduct minutes from its "Pay as you Go" customers when those customers use their T-Mobile cell-service to check/manage voicemail while waiting for T-Mobile to fix access to voicemail via T-Mobile's customer/web-portal.T-Mobile is thus profiting from its own error at the expense of its "Pay as you Go" customers.
I have a stored contact with an international area code of +44 . When this person contacts me the phone shows up as Scam likely and doesnt show the name of the person. It also adds a +1 to the area code making it +144, which is not correct as it's a UK +44 code. I thought I could remedy this by turning off this function. However when I log into my tmobile the sliders for both scam call and call blocking are off on all accounts. Any ideas?I'm using an official T Mobile branded S10+.
Hi there,I've been using T-Mobile for the last 2.5 years through my employer. I just stopped by your Chinatown / Gallery Place location to set up a personal line. Multiple privacy breaches happened during the process that took nearly an hour and a half, which can expose T-Mobile to a myriad of potential legal liabilities. There is a need for an internal review of and subsequent modifications to existing procedures described below. Please forward this to a proper investor relations / legal team up in your corporate chain.1) I have a temporary fraud alert set up on my credit; I had my wallet stolen a few months ago, and the thief used my credit cards to make unauthorized purchases. Clearly I'm afraid of someone in possession of and misusing my identity.2) When the store manager / his assistant tried opening a line for me, the process prompted a "manual review." The store staff called an internal number to continue in the process using their store landline, and it took about 15-20 mins to
Hi,I have 2 lines of the "$40 Simply Prepaid 10GB LTE – Unlimited Talk, Text, Data" which I pay $80 a month for. However, my wife and I are travelling abroad for 2 months. Is it safe to not add balance for the two months and still keep the account and then add balance when we are back in the US? I'm just afraid of Tmobile cancelling my account and losing the phone numbers. Thanks for any help.Michael
HiStarting today the same identical robocall number has called approximately every two hours during business hours and left a voice message everytime. After the first few attempts I blocked the phone number so it stopped ringing my phone but it still continued to leave voice messages. Is there a way to also stop this number from leaving about a 30s voice message each time it calls? In other words, can I also block it at the voice message level? This buildup of voice messages is taking up storage space and resources not only on my phone but probably the TMO infrastructure as well. Of course this is also an inconvenience to go in and regular delete messages from my voicemail box.Thank youLG G6 user
