I recently signed up for the 5G home intetnet after calling and asking quesrions 1) are there sufficent towers in my area? A).yes, there are 4- 5 in your vacinity. 2) do you get good speed out here A) yes you can get grear speed, on average people get 32-116mbps down load but can get more. You can have up to 64 devices running on the tower. 3) have there been any outages A) after checking youe area, in the 24 months since rolling it out there have been no reported outages. Ok good!! I get the router and place it where the set up says was optimal to the tower and got a good signal but horrible down load speeds! I placed it all over the room it said was the best and it didnt get better. I changed the placement, turned it every which way, short of standing on my head... it didnt get probably more than 10mbps down on average one morning at 5 am i got 70mbps and was happy but it lasted maybe 1 hour! I placed it all over the house for various days. I bought a repeater it didnt work, returned
Hello,I recently saw a promotion for up to 800 dollars with trade in for the Samsung s22 ultra, i started the process and was told my phone qualified for 600 dollars. So i went and purchased the phone upgrade, now on my paperwork the trade in value is only showing 60 dollars. Whys is the promo not being honored? I've attached screenshots of what is promised and what paperwork is showing.
Hi, I have a service that reminds people to move their car on street sweeping days (dontfearthesweeper (dot) com). It sends a text message the night before your street sweeping. Everyone I send messages to signed up for the service, and they have the option to stop getting messages at any time.It has come to my attention that tmobile is blocking my messages. As far as I can tell tmobile is the only carrier that blocks the messages. How do I fix this situation?I spoke with several people in customer support. I heard over and over again that I had to be a tmobile customer to get support on this issue. So I’ve bought a tmobile account just to get help with this. I’ve confirmed on my new tmobile phone number that my messages are being blocked. The first message went through, but after that the rest of the messages were blocked.The messages are being sent through a normal (not short code) phone number with twilio. Just switched to T-Mobile Home Internet and have been trying to connect a Netgear EX3700 to the router. It’s a no go. I spoke with T-Mobile support who said that it’s compatible but I’ve tried 20 times and it just won’t hook up. Can’t get support from Netgear because I purchased this over three years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone else having issues with no celluar data for Apps? Spent over 8 hours on the phone between T-Mobile and Apple and 2 hours in the store. Changed SIM cards and still no resolution. Strange thing is when the SIM was moved to another working phone, the working phone would also no longer work. However if the working phone SIM was added to the non-working phone it worked perfect. Replaced SIM 2x and also did ESIM - still unable to resolve the issue. Issue in on Iphone 12 however while at the store 3 others came in … all with phones Iphone 12 or older. So annoying!!! Please need a resolution, we have tried everything from resetting the network and the phone itself, T-Mobile even suspened the line and restored it and still no resolution.
I live in a 100 year old brick building. I have one of the 2,500 sq ft condos. The walls consist of brick, wire lathing, and plaster. (This is a serious Faraday cage) I currently have comcast as my ISP but want to change. To get a Wi-Fi signal through the condo I currently have an Orbi router and 5 satellites. Would the T-Mobile gateway connect to my Orbi router and have enough bandwidth to service my home?
Lost my sprint phone had them for years they sent me a phone wouldn't work said they were going to send a T-Mobile card because it was going to e the same company didn't work called said I had to go to the store and they put in a card with a different number and said I had to have two numbers on the phone extra 10 bucks sprint wouldn't release the number to t Mobil so canceled the phone went to patriot Mobil phone number was transferred and phone works great played off sprint 800.00 for the phone then got a bill from T-Mobile for 75.00 called gave me some bull about second line and I was mad but paid it the jerk on the so called customer service line said the account was 0 and wouldn't get a nother bill but guess what got a bill for 43.00 bucks today just called bill says no calls or text but my bill for my account which I told them I don't have I ask when the transferred the number to patriot Mobil did me the cancel the account I guess not they tell me I am having to go to a T-Mobile
I have had issues with my.t-mobile.com for YEARS. The latest issue (for the past 4 + weeks) is I can not get in. I have numerous T-Mobile Accounts/BAN's and there is always issues. my.t-mobile.com was never meant to be used with Business/National accounts in the first place and this is the only tool we get to monitor our account(s). Here is what I get now (see screen shot).... I can log in, then it goes to this screen, and I can get no further. I have called, emailed, opened tickets, all to no avail. T-Mobile really needs to fix this or create a tool for business/national accounts to use. I need access to my.t-mobile.com 10 to 20 times per day. Come on T-Mobile spend some money!
On the new grey 5G home internet box, when you connect to its web page (typically http://192.168.12.1/), on the Overview screen, under the Devices panel, one of the items listed is “Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System”, just above “Wireless” and “Ethenet”. This implies a third way of networking devices (it currently says 0 connected). I have a Deco Wi-Fi 6 mesh router and was wondering if they could be interconnected by something other than an ethnet cable. Is this something that is currently implemented or is it just a planned feature for a future expansion?On their product page (https://www.t-mobile.com/isp/gateway) where it lists device features, it also says “Mesh expandable Yes”, but I haven’t found any details about this in the documentation.
Me and my wife both had an A71 (come to find out the promotion for those was only added to 1 phone as well a year later) she wanted to switch up to an iPhone and i was just going to downgrade because i dont use my phone that much. We go into T-Mobile the worker gets us started on what we can do and then brings in the manager who says we can actually get our phone bill lowered from about $180 to $158 (was my new total all said and done) after the trade in for the iPhone (which would make the iPhone half off) and getting a Nord 10 (not much but if we are upgrading anyway nice to save a bit). We go ahead and get it all done pay the upfront cost and we are told we would get the shipping label in the mail soon to send in my wife’s A71. Come the end of the month the first bill shows up and its $380. I go in and talk to the manager who helped us and she said the system for some reason hasn't updated your plan but she is going to talk to her superior and get it resolved and we would be getting
We currently have a line in Europe on a 30 15GB International Data Pass. Will the 5GB limit for the new high speed Data Abroad that started 6/21/22 be counted concurrently with the International Data Pass or will it start after the International Data Pass expires in about three weeks?
Anyone else experience this problem?So I spent the day on the phone trying to get the replacement iPhone 7 plus 128 for a phone that was diagnosed as having a mechanical issue. The phone was replaced last year and I was sent to Apple, as per T-Mobile, for a replacement under the manufacturers warranty. Seems Apple gave me a non-t-mobile phone and T-Mobile was not going to cover it. Gave me several reasons including that it was out of warranty! I have been paying for coverage almost $15 each month!Even told me that the phone is not covered for mechanical failures once the warranty expires. So they are saying that they sold me insurance that is only valid during the manufacturers warranty period. Unreal. They even tried to say Apple should be responsible. How? I am insured with Assurant for this problem.Even Assurant agreed the phone is suppose to be covered but that T-Mobile has directed them to refer issues such as this to T-Mobile for replacement, etc. So finally T-Mobile agreed
There doesn't seem to be an option to split the 2.4 and 5ghz wifi bands anymore? In the manual for the gate way it says you can do it in the web UI, but when I log in there is no option for it. Same in the app. I have devices that can only run on 2.4 ghz, so I really need to have thia feature... any solutions?

I want to manage the schedule so certain devices no longer have Internet after a certain time.Manage Schedule does NOT work properly. I enter 11:00PM to 7:00AM. SUN MON TUES WED THUR12:00AM to 7:00AM FRI SAT I sat there last night and in Manage Schedule, it stated that there was Internet Access until 12:00AM. I have programmed other routers to Manage Schedule and they worked flawlessly. I cannot get my T-Mobile Nokia Router to turn off the Internet. Is there something I’m overlooking or does there need to be an update to the T-Mobile Nokia Router? ShariK
