T-Mobile Tuesday app rejecting received code as invalid
I have installed both the Home Internet app as well as the T-Mobile Tuesday app. Home Internet app is working fine. I tried last week to sign in to the T Mobile Tuesday app but last week just as this week, I keep getting the invalid code message. Last week, I had the code resent several times with no luck. This week, I have only tried the one code that was sent, but I deleted it, re-entered it and clicked Finish at least three times with getting the same response of enter a valid code.
Unlock after trade in
So I traded in a note 20 ultra for an S23 ultra, with a balance of 100 dollars left over to pay. They gave me a 50 dollar credit to my bill and then put the remaining balance as credit for 24 months. I asked whether I could unlock my phone once I pay off the 100 dollars I owe on the phone, as I would be out of the country for a year. I’ve been with T-Mobile for over four years now, and I have 3 other lines with them. I do not intend to switch phone companies but if push comes to shove I may. My problem is that T-Mobile is telling me that my service won’t be available after 3 months out of country due to being labeled as an extreme roamer. My phone will only be able to be used with Wi-Fi essentially being nothing more than a brick. I have elderly people I need to call who are also on my plan. How can I use my phone overseas if T-Mobile cuts my service after three months, or rather refuses to unlock my phone so I can use a SIM card while in another country. I’m not even trying to pull s

Just to help understand how terrible TMobile really is imagine creating a "social account" just so I can come here and reflect how terrible they actually are. If it wasn't for the arrangement I'm currently in I would never ever consider tmobile in any way. Imagine any issue you would ever possibly have with a phone company and you can guarantee to have said issues with TMobile. In-Store Representative Lied to Make Us Sign Up, T-Mobile Support Won't Make It Right
We were made to sign-up under false pretenses that we would be receiving a 20% monthly discount ($34) for the Magenta MAX plan from an in-store representative. He claimed it was for friends and family, and that he’d use it for us to entice us to sign up. 2 months and multiple trips to the store later, the discount keeps disappearing from our account. The store manager (Ryan) was helpful and provided us with bill credits and a new code when he didn’t know what the problem was. Eventually I called T-Mobile Support (611), and they’ve informed us that we were never eligible for the code, and that it’s too bad and we have to deal with it. I’m furious that T-Mobile could just lie to our faces and coax us into signing up with them under false promises (which we have paper trail documents from the in-store employee), only to have them yank it out secretely and told to “deal with it”. 15 years with tmobile and getting promised to fix issues but not happening
Hi,15 years with t-mobile. About 4 months ago added lines under my family plan and all the problem started! Billing all screwed up! Every time happens I have to deal with this! Last 4 months I have been calling and issues arent fix! Please help or at least tell me if you cant fix so I can move on to a different company!
Best available trade in option for adding new line
I’d like to add a line to an existing Magenta First Responder plan. What is the best available option to bring a line and trade in a device? It seems like Google Pixel 7 has a good trade in value for one of the deals but it requires Magenta Max. In another option it shows $400 off but doesn’t list the Pixel 7 as an option.
International Usage Issues
When outside of the US and using my international phone plan to dial a number to another African country, I am prompted by an automated message to enter in a random two-digit number. However, once I do that, there is a message that keeps playing repeatedly, “Congratulations, you pressed star. That does not mean you are a star it simply means that you can press buttons and probably have fingers.” This message just keeps repeating and the call does not go through. Please help!
Allocating Mobile number to myself from Group Plan
Hi Team, I was using 224-678-2072 from my Friend’s group plan from last 5 years. Now that I moved out of USA I asked my friend to take that number out of Group plan and he did it a week back. Now I want to use that number again by converting it to Prepaid plan until I am back in USA which could be after 4 or 5 months. Can you please now assist me to get that number converted to Prepaid so that it is not allocated toed to antbody else? Also I have this number used in most of online accounts so desperately looking for this number now. Please help. Thanks!
