How do you report spam messages from community members or block them?

Here is the message. I don’t have a page. I posted one question and one response. There needs to be an obvious way to report scam messages! No community can successfully exist without moderators who are accessible. How do I report this as spam and inappropriate? Disappointed

I’ve been a T-mobile customer for 23 years. 23!! Always paid my bills. And paid full price for any device I upgraded to. Sure would be nice if I got a free phone offer without having to add a new line or some other hoop to jump through. I’m about to jump ship over to a carrier that will give me one for being a new customer. I hate that. thanks for letting me vent

Being charged fees and taxes on old addresses

I recently looked back at my billing history, and I am being charged T-Mobile fees and charges as well as government taxes on fees on 3 separate addresses. One address I haven’t lived at in over 10 years, and the other address I moved from 4 years ago. Has anyone had that happen to them?

Last month I *67 a company 3 times because I needed help from them but didn’t want them to then start calling me. Now I am trying to find out exactly when I called them. Do *67 numbers appear on tmobile call lists and if so how do I locate them? Again I am the one doing the *67. Thank you.

Considering upgrading our family plan from OnePlan to Go5G+, but want to find out more details about the upgrade every 2 years offer. Are we eligible to upgrade as soon as we change our plan? Are there only certain phones we can upgrade to for free?

Any idea why McAfee T-Mobile app suddenly asks for phone number for “verification to create a new account” when I already have an account? Searched for an answer but got nothing. I updated the app but it still asked for my phone number so I went ahead and typed it in thinking it would recognize my number and redirect it to my existing account but it appears to have created a brand new account. None of the identity info I had before shows up. So worrisome considering the data breach several years ago. Any idea why this has happened?

Can't create T-Mobile ID

Hello,I can’t create T-Mobile ID for a week now, since I’ve bought Home Internet box from them. I receive this error everytime I try to create new ID: We're sorry, we don't recognize this email. Please provide the email you used when purchasing your T-Mobile service, or contact Care by dialing 1-800-937-8997 or 611 from your T-Mobile phone. I already tried to reach out to customer support multiple times, but they does not help… Have open case #70425112 for that more than a week now..

My family and I are victims of this bait and switch. We were assured they would accept a transfer from CSpire, have the “T-Mobile on me”, My husband traded his Iphone 14 for a T-Mobile 14, so we still had to pay the difference at CSpire. Not a big deal since this new phone was supposed to be free. I got a 14 as well, and we gave them our old phones. My children’s phones were cracked so they got IPhone 13s. We were told our bill would be $225 with discounts on autopay, home internet, and the 4 lines. First bill was that much but we also had a $100 credit. 2nd month they have us paying for our Iphone 14s for $35/ month and our 2 13s. WE thought we would be happy here, with no hidden fees, but when you’re told one thing over and over at the store, then the bill is $75 more than you were quoted, we are not satisfied customers. Ugh

Hi, i have a prepaid sim card. i still have some balance in my available prepaid service balance (apsb).can i use that balance to pay for the monthly plan? will t-mobile automatically deduct absb every month? or do i have to make payment separately every month? what about refilling the balance with refill balance card from stores such as target? thanks

5G network keep dropping

Starting few weeks ago, my 5G network disconnects me out of nowhere. People can’t call me while I’m not aware of it since most of time I’m on wifi network. I had to change to plane mode and switch back in order to register my phone with 5G network. This happens in every few days. I’ve never had this issue before. I found out it also happened to my wife’s phone. But, I believe it is worse with my phone. Both mine and my wife’s phones are Samsung. It seems like it is not happening my daughter’s iPhone. Is there anyone having the same issue like mine?

Samsung Trade in through T-Mobile gone wrong

I pre-ordered a Samsung S 24 Ultra through Samsung website, but ordered the T-Mobile one through a promotion they were running with Samsung. I traded in my unlocked S22 Ultra purchased through Samsung 2 years prior. T-Mobile sent me shipping label, i returned the phone through UPS. Tracking showed TMO GRC received my phone on February 13th. February 16th i received text from 456 Tmobile saying they received my trade in device and are processing. I received the first bill credit. Now to this month. I lost my bill credit. Tmobile says they didnt receive my phone. I showed them documentation where the phone was sent through UPS and their label, delivered by UPS and received by Tmobile. Theyre claiming they do not have it in their warehouse and are not giving me the credits. Then came back and said no promises, but they will escalate the issue. No promises? T-Mobile is jacking me for $1000. I have been a loyal customer since 2009. This is very disheartening. I am not sure what else i can

Has this happened to you?You sign up for T-Mobile with a trade-in promotion, “get a free iPhone 13 with trade-in” and the following month, T-Mobile changes your promotion without your consent and no longer is your iPhone free!I signed up for the seniors Magenta+ Plan with 3 lines in August, 2022 at their local retail store in Alameda, CA trading in an iPhone 7 and 2 iPhone 11s. iPhone 13s were $799.99, free with trade-ins of iPhone 11s and $400 off for iPhone 7. All 3 trade-ins were at their retail store handled by store manager on his iPad.My 1st billing showed the iPhone 7 discounted properly (the 11s missed the Aug billing cutoff). The next billing showed the 2 iPhone 11s with no trade-in offset. I immediately contacted T-Mobile on their online chat for 2 hours finally getting a supervisor promising to “make things right”…so I thought. My father used the Magenta shared plan since getting forced to, after Sprint/T-Mobile merger. I also had a sprint plan but decided to take one of his 4 lines and he'd pay the bill each month. I agreed and it worked out pretty well(except getting phone repaired thru added extra coverage to my line/phone #). My father, unfortunately, passed away in March, and now my phone service/line has been suspended! But I can't do anything involving the phone plan/line, because he was the only primary account holder, and the only one that was authorized to make any changes to the plan. I have no way to pay the bill and now fees. What do I need to do about just my line and phone #, to somehow keep service going for myself only. And I refuse to call into the customer service lines, and sit on hold, or given the run around because they don't have a clue what to do about my issue, themselves. Spam Group Text - 🚫

This week I started getting spam group text mesaages daily. How do I make it stop? Guessing my number was stolen or sold. Also Messager isn't even allowing me to block the whole thing, have to individually block all 20 numbers but each day different numbers.

First Responder Eligibily

I have been a valued customer for 8+ years and I no longer qualify for the First Responders Program. I have had this discount applied since the height of the COVID pandemic. I am a Registered ER Nurse that saves lives daily and it's very disturbing that we are undervalued and never recognized for our services. How do patrol officers qualify, but Nurse don't? This month will be my last month with T-Mobile (unwilling). However, I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere that values/recognizes Nurses as lifesavers too. I will definitely not be the only customer you lose. I guarantee you that! Shame on you T-Mobile.

Caller ID issue also

Ive had this issue for years. When we switched from Verizon to Tmo, we were under my daughter in laws plan. After 6 months or so we switched to our own plan. I went into our account and assigned everyones caller ID name to their name, including mine. When I call a landline, my caller ID comes up as my DILs name. I called over a year ago and they said they have 3 databases and needed to update it and would call me back in 72 hours. Well no call. Life happens and it was months before I called back to get the status. “Should be fixed” Tmo said. Well its not. A month or 2 ago I called in again and they said they would submit a ticket and call me in 72 hours. No call. I called today and rep thought I meant my name on my account (That I previously changed), and I had to correct him several times till he looked at past tickets. He came back and asked if it was showing up as my DIL name on land lines. YES! Thats the only place it shows up like that. “Youll have to address that with the land li

T-Mobile does not care about You. You will be charged a pentaly for cancelling.

I was a customer for 20 years. I actually liked the company untill I found out they don’t care about me as a customer. They did absolutely nothing to retain my business, no phone upgrade, nothing. Then charged me a $36 fee for cancelling mid-cycle. I had no idea, or I might have timed it better. They offered me no forgiveness. No gratitude. No refund. They said it was exactly because my account was so old that I was subject to this punishment. And they were not sorry about it. It feels really really gross. HEADS UP - if you are an older customer and you cancel your service mid-billing-cycle, you will be charged a $36 penalty fee. Gross gross gross.
