so far ive been flat out lied to, managed an order that arrived; 2 phones in a box & nothing else. its been almost 12 hours (just today), trying to connect these phones to the correct numbers, ive been sent on witch hunts for numbers that do not exist, spoken to at least 5 operators & counting & theres yet to have been two that say the same thing- no one knows whats going on/ & now they just leave me on hold… we recieved an iphone 12 and s20 fe that were to be ported, the apple went, but i feel like the samsung maybe shouldve come with a sim card(?) because there isnt one, meanwhile they cut my other service altogether & the new phone no longer works either..
