I requested the home internet trial free for 30 days. My account was activated on the 8th though at that time I hadn’t received the device. I received it the next day and that night was able to set it up. Now I’ve received serval emails saying my payment due 2/27 but this isnt 30 days. I want to keep the internet but cant make payment til next week. Why am i not getting my 30 days

You have to redeem the rebate on the website there's a link on your login it says redeem offers. Have you sign up for an online account?
I have an account but I don.t see anything that says redeem. It took me forever to get in account. I had to call and get it fixed because it wasn’t recognizing my email. but again, I’m in my account. Where do I look?
