3rd Party Charges

I have a simple choice plan for the past 7 years. I am going through a divorce and my wife has already  gone to another provider. However I just noticed that I am still getting the 3rd party charge for, I believe, her google music subscription. I understand the normal process is to go into the app and cancel it that way. However that is not an option for me. I currently have a restraining order in place for her so there is no way to communicate to solve this issue. How do I have this charge removed and future charges stopped?

Have you called Tmobile customer service or reached out to one of Tmobile’s social media platforms using messenger?
