Account access after switching

We have completed the switch to Verizon. T-Mobile have been great but we couldn’t resolve connection issues at home. I am now unable to log into my T-Mobile account to see my pay off and so on. Is this normal? I am checking with customer service as we speak.

Once you port your numbers you lose access to you Tmobile account.

The same will happen if you decide to port from Verizon .It happened to me,
