I got my services from a Kiosk at Costco yesterday. For some reason the Kiosk person was not able to associate 2 lines with my Magenta Max 55+ plan, so she had to create two transactions. When I look at the billing info, it shows $130 instead of 2 lines for less than $100. How can this issue be corrected before first bill is paid? Do I need to stop by the local store or any way that I can communicate with customer services via email/call?

You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support than calling.
