For some reason I received an email yesterday saying that I deleted my account, but I didn’t. Furthermore, I have no bars and I cannot access my online account to pay my bill. It said my bill was due January 28th, and I was planning on paying the bill before that time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yikes, that’s weird. You should contact our care team to doublecheck what’s going on. Since that’s not what you wanted, our care team can look at your account, see what happened and make sure it’s fixed.
