Has anyone had success with T-Mobile’s ridiculous account pin procedure? I apparently don’t have an assigned pin, they won’t let me assign one, and if i go to a store they tell me i am unable to change the pin.
I went online to order T-Mobile home internet. They sold me the service, but apparently i find out later that the service is not available at my home and the online sales never should have sold it to me.
I call to cancel. They can’t cancel because of the pin issue. After a second call, they tell me I have to visit a store. I make the two hour drive one-way to a store just to find out they can’t help me either! so after another call that couldn’t help me, I am forced to i guess dispute this with my credit card company?
It’s completely ridiculous.
