i need to know how to get account back on and add another line, i recieved ssi, so can pay my bill, first next week

To take care of this, we just need you to Community-2153 and work with a team with account access. We can pull up the details and let you know what steps we'll take to get the service reinstated and can walk through pricing for a plan change to add a new line, too!
