How can I add another administrator to my account?

Via Self Help

Primary Account Holder: Manage the account and all lines on the account, plus set permissions for other people on the account. The PAH is set as part of the My T-Mobile registration process. If you need to change the PAH, contact us.

Full Access: Manage the account and all lines on the account.

Standard Access: See basic account information and details for your own line.

Restricted Access: See basic account information and a usage summary for your line.

No Access: No access to My T-Mobile.

Set up permissions

  • Log in to My T-Mobile.
  • Click your name at the top right >  Profile.
  • Click Line Settings.
  • Select the line of service you want to edit.
  • Click Permissions.
  • Select the level of permissions.
  • Click Save.

Adding or removing authorized users

If you're the BRP (Billing responsible person) and you'd like to add or remove authorized users on the account, give us a call by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone. For Business & Government accounts, either the BRP or an authorized user can give us a call to make updates to the list of authorized users. (Not calling from your T-Mobile phone? See additional ways to Contact Us).

At T-Mobile, account security is a priority. When you call us, we'll need to:

  • Send a one-time PIN to your device to verify that you're the BRP.
  • Verify the following information:
  • Your name
  • Mobile number or account number (Find your account number.)
  • Account PIN/passcode (Learn how to Set up your PIN/passcode.)
