It's been 5 calls I made and spent 45 minutes to place a request to add my spouse name to bill who uses one of the lines.

Her license approval for her small business is pending due to this!!!!

I'm sunce 20 years with t-mobile and it's still not added and her deadline is tomorrow.

Customer service said it will be there by in 24 hours 3 days ago and again by today Morning. This never happened!!!! Very frustrated right now.

 

Planning to move to other provider.

I had the same issue! And I called several times and they told me it would be added and never did. Next time I called they told me it was impossible to add my spouses name to the bill. So I had to write a letter to use in my situation saying that I couldn’t put it in both names, and that they could call T-Mobile and confirm that they can’t add 2 names. It’s almost enough to switch to another company.

There can only be one Primary Account Holder (PAH).  


I think you can change street name line 1 to your full spouse name.


If the primary account holder doesn't need it for billing and agrees to take their name of do a change of responsibility and give them full permission.
