How do I go about adding an authorized user to my account

The above steps are for tmobile.com access. If you want to add an authorized user to your account, you will need to speak with us over the phone.

Why TMobile do not add a capability to add an Authorized user online. It’s a basic functionality and should be given to users at least to avoid long waiting over Phone or chat support to get hold of a real person from support.

Lol I’ve had my sis(primary) do it over the phone twice and still not authorized

I believe you can go to your T-Mobile account either through the web or on the app though I would suggest the web and find that line and being logged in as the primary account holder you can click its profile and make it an authorized user.
