almost a full year of trying to get help

T mobile is terrible. The reps keep saying they will call back and don’t. They keep adding to my bill and it’s almost 250 a month now for one line. I can’t get anyone to help. My phone still doesn’t work great. I have been working on this since February.

Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
