Now I understand why t-mobile is only half the price of Verizon. The tech support is inexperienced, undertrained, at times incorrect, and sometimes there is a language barrier issue. We are not asking the tech support person where the bathroom is, we are trying to explain something technical - I’ve spent hours with no success. I did get 2 problems solved by a local store rep, but other problems remain. Well, Let’s hope it’s worth the $150 a month I saved on a family plan, lol.
