I filed a claim with Assurant Salvage insurance who T-Mobile uses to cover their phones. I sent in damage phone and still got bill $510.30, I contacted Assurant about it and they confirmed they received the damaged phone but T-Mobile has not removed the charge, what is going on here, this has to be resolved or I'm going to another cell phone provider
