bad customer service :(

they lied too me and played me I payed 700.09$
They told me my iPhone 14 Pro Max would be unlocked and that my lines would be reconnected and once I payed one day later I call t mobile again asking to unlock my device and they told me that my phone is not payed off and I told them there t mobile employee told me that my iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Apple Watches would be unlocked and he told me I don’t know why he would say that  and I told him if the calls are recorded check the calls I would never lie about that and he started yelling at me and clicked a couple days later I called again and they told me that I canceled my 360 protection for my sceeen protector and my iPhone 14 Pro Max and my iPhone 13 when I never called and canceled they told me with there own words that I called and I canceled  and I broke down crying because it was not the truth and I payed the screen protector with the phones to have 360 protection and I never canceled it and they said we are sorry we will give u a screen protector for the issue and and I waited a week and they never sent a screen protector I got lied too and I called again and they told me that I have to pay if not I can’t get it I’m just so tired and this has put a lot of stress on my shoulders please help I’m 20 years old starting life they killed my dad and my mom left me for drugs and I have no one to go for advice ..
