Been trying to pay my bill for 3 hours and the website won't allow it.

Exactly what it says on the tin, I’ve tried paying on my phone in web browser, and 3 step process kept failing and booting me back to the tmobile homepage. Gave up and switched to the app, it kept crashing. Tried on PC and am repeatedly told that I need to fix the error “

” I’m tired, and would really like to have phone service in the morning, is there anything I can do?

You can call 611 and pay over the phone or visit a T-mobile store and pY in person.  Autopay is very handy to ensure your bill is always paid before the due date.  If your service is a prepaid service,you can add funds through *233 (*add) from your T-Mobile device.
