I have reached out multiple times regarding this monthly charge and was told it was taken care of yet I am being charged monthly!!! I have no clue why I can’t get this taken care of!

To get the promo Paramount Plus on Us you need to basically open a new account. Sign into your Mytmobile account go to plan details and click on the Paramount Plus tab.
That will redirect you to signing up to a new plan with 1 week trial and a coupon code will be in the promo box already.
Make sure you're signed out of your old account.
you have to cancel your paramount account to stop any type of billing. you say you have reach out many times to fix this. who have you reach out to?
