Being charged incorrectly 2 times


When I came to the store first time to add 2 new lines with T-mobile. The staff said I was added to use plan for 55+ with total bill included tax will be 90$/2 lines monthly. But my first charge in April was 130$. I did call to Tmobile customer service and they said they had fixed my issue. My next bill will be $90, and I also can get the refund of the wrong charge. However, this month I keep being charge $130 again. Nothing changes. Terrible customer service.
