why do i need to call tmobile every single month due to them changing my subscription w/o my consent? its 20 bucks higher than its supposed to be. every month i call and one of the out of the country operators says the same exact thing every month after an over one hr call. “you can trust me that i fixed it” they never have. ive given zero ratings for these wasted calls and no one from tmobile ever tries to contact me. ive been with tmobile since they were called voice stream(22 years now) i would think my loyalty would garner just a tad of a response from them but it dosent. its getting very old and tiresome to have to waste over an hr of my time every month on the phone with them. please respond to this asap!!!
