Hello I was told by a representative  name Cherry v. that my services would not be interrupted  .  guess what my services are interrupted.   I am disabled  vet  i receive  a  check.  once a month been with T mobile customer  for 12 years .  I can pay when I recieve my check I owe $600  . T mobile stated someone will call me in 24 hours no one never called I go take my medicine. check on my phone it's disconnected.
