Bill is not generating - Please help.

Hello.

My billing cycle closes on the 4th of every month. Usually, it takes 2-3 days for the bill to become available. Today is already April 12th (a week since the new billing cycle ) and the T-Mobile site says "This information is currently unavailable while your bill is being processed. Please check back in a few days.


It's never taken this long before.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Yes, so did I. I also received an SMS from T-Mobile indicating that the

bill is ready. Seems like a T-Mobile technical issue.

Hey there @leotopol and @atychyna.

Have you tried using another web browser? I would also suggest clearing the browser history and reopening the window to see if you get the same error.

I've tried different browsers as well as clearing cache. Problem persists.

Okay thanks for trying. You'd need to have a Help Desk Ticket filed for this. You can contact T-Force through the Facebook or Twitter links below. They have ability to collect your information, and send it over to our internal web team to have this taken care of for you.
