I used to be able to make my payments over the phone or online without having to talk to someone. Now the only way I can make a payment a is through an agent or in person, BUT YOU NO LONGER HAVE 24HR HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So if I forget to make my payment and have to go to work at 3am like I do every day I'm stuck without a phone because your site isn't working properly, your app has never worked for me, and you don't someone available to help me. Fix this issue ASAP.

The next time you are able to contact Customer Care.  Ask them to refresh your account info to see if that resolves the issue with you being able to pay through my.t-mobile.com.
