Bill Problems

I have a bill that has been past due for a little while I'll admit, however, I am trying to pay it next week on Friday and the past due payment on the same day. I was laid off due to Covid and now I am just now working. I can pay my bill and have always been on time with the payment up until now and I was not able to do unemployment or anything of the sort and I just need more time before my bill can be paid in its entirety (next Friday). I have been on hold and I am still on hold for an hour and a half now and no one has gotten back to me.
