I spoke to a rep in one of those "recorded" calls . Ended T-Mobile service on the 29th. Activated a new carrier the 30th. Send phone, watch, and never opened internet thingy back... Still getting billed. Seems to be a recurring problem with t- mobile.... I know I'm not the only one....
