Well I talk with a representative on Tuesday my bill in said that she was able to extend my payment. Now the next day my phone is off now I have to pay a additional 60 on my bill

Try giving Customer Care another call.  That should be noted.  Just because you get a payment extension, doesn’t necessarily mean your phone won’t be cut off though.  Customer Care can best answer that for you by calling 611 from your T-Mobile device, even if your line is suspended.
