I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and now my monthly bill is $10 higher each month for the same plan. Lost my yearly AAA membership being paid, lost my Hulu monthly account being paid, and my employer discount. Then, I was told I would get my iPhone paid for with my trade-in. What a disappointment, and then I got a survey asking me how likely I am to recommend T-Mobile to people….
