billing/promotion issues

I have been a T-Mobile customer since November 2020. I received a promo for the new IPhone 12. I traded in my IPhone 8, they received it. But the promotion dropped off my account. Now every month i have to contact T-Mobile for a credit because my bill is never fixed. I get promises it will be fixed but it isn’t. Is there some way to get this fixed?
