When is my next statement coming out?
I’m sure I’ll probably need every extra day to be on the phone with support to try to correct the overcharging, questionable charges and even the credit for my trade in.
All of this should have been corrected in the first 5 calls and countless hours spent with T-Mobile staff.
As a new customer I’m seriously having my doubts now.
Billing....statements? Maybe corrected charges?
