I haven’t seen a good answer to this so let me try the community: is there a way to prevent blocked SPAM callers from leaving voice mail? I have SPAMSHIELD which blocks the cll but it sends it to voice mail. I’m getting several unwanted voice mails a day. How do I block those numbers from also leaving voice mails? Much thanks.

Family Allowances permits you to block specific numbers and the caller receives an error message instead of sending them to voicemail. The only drawback is that you can only block up to 10 numbers with this service. Do you use Visual Voicemail? It’s easier to delete those spam voicemails this way than calling in to your mailbox.
How do I get Family Allowances? Is it an extra charge feature? Much thanks!!
