I’m trying to cancel a Digits line and was told by an employee at the T-Mobile store that the only way to do this is by calling T-Mobile. But I can’t get through to anyone at T-Mobile by phone. I scheduled 2 callbacks, but when the callbacks came I still couldn’t get through. Instead, a recording tells me to press 1 to speak with someone. When I press 1, nothing happens! The recording keeps saying they didn’t hear my answer. I finally decided to call and just wait on hold. After an hour listening to incessant recordings and music I gave up. I understand they have a “heavy volume” of calls, so why don’t they just make it possible to cancel a Digits line on their website or app? Is it that complicated?
