Can’t Add New Line

I am trying to add a new line to my existing account, but after I choose the new phone I want it errors out every time & doesn’t let me proceed.

You can always give Customer Care a call to get the new line added for you.  If you want to try it again online.  I would suggest trying a different browser.  Edge works well for me.  Just make sure you have no ad blocking enabled.
