When I order two iphone 13 pro with new two lines, I could see two promotions (trade in - up to 800) and (BOGO @700 off) were applied in order summary.
I made order, received first promotion credit (trad in) but never got second promotion (BOGO $700 off)
I called TMobile, but the service representative said that both promotion can’t be applied together, hence second promotion (700 off) will not be applied.
Is there any one having similar experience? If it is true, the web site should not show both promotion is applied.
