Can't finish account setup

I am a new T-Mobile customer.  In both the IOS T-Mobile app and logging into my account from my Mac using Firefox, they both say “Finish your setup”  and there are like 5 different topics listed.  I have set them all but the “Finish your setup” never goes away.  Is that expected behavior?
