Can't log into MyTmobile

     I am having an issue with my tmobile. When I try logging into my account, it just knocks me to the front page. I am extremely frustrated.

Are you prepaid or postpaid?

Have you tried the app? (Not for use by prepaid)

Are you referring to logging in from a web page?

Have you tried a different browser or clear the cache and cookies from your current browser and restarted the browser?

I am prepaid. I use MyTmobile portal all the time. Yes, I tried different browsers. I tried disabling ad block and clearing cache. I even tried different computers. The problem is not on my side. I ended up refilling via phone, but I am not happy. This is not the first time TMO's portal is having issues. It's hard to understand how a big company like TMO can't stay on top of this kind of things.
